I am very disappointed and saddened that I am complaining about JLA again. In November after 2 months of phone calls and emails, I finally spoke to my account manager who reassured me that my account balance has been paid and I am actually in credit which they will refund back. 1 month on and I am still waiting for JLA to process the refund. Furthermore, I get invoices for parts they incorrectly sent which no one can answer how I can return these parts. I get billed for work they did not carry out, actually I repaired myself which they are charging me for how ironic. Engineers turn up without parts but get charged for the visit? I have endless issues with JLA from pointless Engineer visits, duplicate invoice charging, misinformation... the list continues. I have lost total faith in JLA. I have had sleepless nights and constantly spending time on the phone which is totally avoidable. I now refuse to spend anymore energy and time on JLA. Departments do not communicate but are very quick to pass the blame. There is no one point of contact so you have relay your history everytime you speak to someone different. I would never refer anyone to JLA, stay away from them. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER JLA, NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Shouldn’t have any stars, I have already complained on trust pilot about this company. They have never been to my business or fulfilled the contract and yet they still keep sending me invoices. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I am still getting invoices sent to me for service they have not carried out ever! Do not get involved folks. It’s really stressful at any time but particularly now. They have promised to close my contract but as yet have failed to do so. The promises they make mean absolutely nothing. Words mean nothing actions speak much louder. Don’t get involved with them. I sincerely wish I hadn’t.

This firm is sending out scam emails, wishing reviews for products or services not supplied. JLA website has no email to contact them to resolve any issues. You need to sort out!
I was quite distressed when trying to organise a repair for a washing machine with JLA. it turned out they have to refer to "equifax" who have inaccurate data about our care home. Customer service were really helpful and we found a resolution. The repair was done to a very high standard
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - DON'T USE THEM! I operate a small residential care home in Lancashire. Navigating our home safely through this time, has been the the most overwhelming challange I have ever faced! Totally let down by JLA - they refuse to replace old machines that are not fit for purpose and continually break down or agree to the termination of the contract that runs until July 2022. I now find myself taking home the Care Home washing again - part needs to be ordered! JLA don't bother to reply with your usual suggestion to email: CustomerResolutions The last email I had from them was; 'I have been dealing with your complaint regarding issues you have been having with your machines on site. Just to advise that I will be out of the office for the next few weeks and I have passed the details of your complaint onto the other members of my team to look into it for you.' Next contact was the sales team pitching a New Contract - NO!
Excellent service. Reported fault on Saturday, engineer visited on Sunday, JLA ordered parts on Monday, machine repaired on Tuesday. How good is that?!
JLA is not cheap. However, the service is quite amazing and the people who work there are really helpful. I started to work with them two years ago and of course I had to raise a few repairs and every time they have sent engineers really quickly and usually; everything was fixed the same day. Really great service. They have been really helpful with the coronavirus too. Gary (customer success manager) has helped a lot to modify our contract as our busines model had to evolve. I’m really happy with all of that and therefore recommend them.
