Report a fault and it takes 5 days to send me a estimate price with an ironing when I need a repair and when I paid total care.

Terrible company. Set up a fire maintenance contract a year ago, never had a follow up or engineer come to do the checks and maintenance as per the contract, then they started sending me overdue amounts and threatening legal action for not actually doing anything. Tried to resolve on multiple occasions and they just come back with “well you signed a contract”. Yes! A contract for you to maintain/test our fire alarm system which you have never done yet want paying. AVOID!

After having a issue with a machine I was contacted by Claire, a Customer relations manager and I must say she really came through . She took care of everything and kept me updated. In the end I was extremely happy and was actually left laughing in a good way as I didn’t need to stress and the issue was taken care of . There’s enough stress in running a business especially in these times so knowing that the issue was being handled professionally really helped and I can’t thank Claire enough for the help she provided.
I’ve used JLA for over 10 years and would highly recommend them any issues I report are usually dealt with and fixed within 24 hrs of reporting the fault ! Keep up the good service 😁👍
We had a breakdown with our washing machine, one simple call to JLA and a quote was on its way. When the engineer arrived he was polite professional and very knowledgeable. An asset to the company.

Company put profits over customer service! Still waiting for them to commission new dryer 10 days after delivery of machine. Catalogue of delays and errors. Piles of wet washing. Find someone locally with a conscience.
Prompt efficient service and very helpful
Since posting the previous review, I am pleased to say that JLA have been in touch and confirmed that they will be raising credits for the two invoices concerned. When we spoke on Monday, they advised that it would take a couple of days to sort out. We are therefore expecting this to be concluded very shortly and look forward to redirecting our time and efforts to our charitable activities.
The repair was carried out with almost military presicion with the engineer updating all procedures and timescales. Excellent in a very difficult time during COVID-19 and testing weather conditions.

JLA has to be the worst laundry company I have had to deal with. Sadly the company I was with was bought out by JLA and ever since then the service has never been the same. A highly trained team of dodgy sales men, area managers who dont care, lazy and rude engineers and a customer resolution team who probably copies and pastes responses as I get the same nonsense excuse everytime!

Mar 25,2021Engineer sorted the issue out again fairly easily/quickly. BUT this is a repeat fault which JLA have dealt with many many times, each time holding up our operations. Our boarders finish school tomorrow for 3 weeks and the mountains of washing cannot be done, again, because the big dryer is showing an ignition fault. NOT GOOD
