I am beyond disappointed that despite numerous attempts to contact JLA regarding a date for the audit and work, I have not been able to arrange anything. The contract was signed THREE WEEKS AGO (19.06). This is wholly unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I shall be writing to the MD/ Chairman of JLA to express my disgust at how business is conducted.

Just had our new washer and dryer fitted at Zappas Wokingham by Russell and Jim they have left the place spotless explained everything really well and did an amazing job. They were a pleasure to have at the salon.
I have had a dishwasher from JLA for the last two and a half years. During the first few months it leaked from the door, I called and an engineer attended, but he said that he was a washing machine engineer and didn't know why they had sent him, but he would 'have a go'. Luckily he did fix it. Then In February this year it broke down again and leaked from the bottom. I called for an engineer who attended and he said that it needed a new boiler, not to use it and he would return to replace it. I did not hear anything for 3 weeks, then I came downstairs one day to find two engineers had let themselves into the kitchen unannounced and were working on the dishwasher. They did not ring or email me to let me know they were coming, they just let themselves in. During the 3 weeks of down time I had to employ a local person to do the washing up. I then had to sack her when she was no longer needed which caused problems in a small village. Until last week I have never received an apology, only a letter to say that they are putting up the rental by another 1.2%. I have said that they can collect the dishwasher at any time as I am so unhappy with their service, but I have been told that I have to pay another £11,700 on top of the £5400 I have already paid. So,no matter how bad they are, it costs you a fortune to stay or go! Another warning.. The dishwasher manual states that it should be serviced annually by the supplier, but if you want a service you have to pay for it. if the cutlery basket breaks you have to pay for it. In fact you have to pay for anything other than a breakdown. I can't believe they call this Total Care, more like Total Rubbish!
Response was quick, engineer arrived on the day within 4 hours. Engineer picked up the fault very quick and was fixed within minutes. Great reliable service.

Quick, informative visit. The engineer was very polite, informed us of what the fault was and gave us his recommendations. As JLA is our contracted engineer for repairs it makes us happy that they are so professional in times of need.
I rang late at 2130pm they answered straight away followed covid19 procedures which was good.sent someone straight away in the morning they fixed the heating element in our commercial dryer and we are a homeless charity hostel so we needed a fast response they were excellent.
Engineer very polite and sorted out issue very quickly.
