Shame it isn't possible to give zero stars. JLA are beyond useless, and please stay away from them at all costs. I continue to have ongoing issues with them and their lack of commitment to resolving issues with their machines, and leaving care homes without washing facilities - which are needed now more than ever with the Covid-19 rules in place. Can never get hold of my 'account manager' who does nothing anyway. Today we have had a call from them saying we don't even have a machine from them at this address! It'd been there for over 8 years! I will now attempt to get hold of someone who can help - but as always it will be empty promises and nothing will happen, Or... they will try and fix a machine that should be replaced due to it's age and constant use, (as recommended by their engineer) and it will just break again in a matter of days - oh, and I'm sure they will also come up with an excuse with why it's our fault!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Donβt deal with JLA on a commercial basis, as we are a charity but if they respond to their clients as quickly and positively as they did to our appeal for a freezer for our charity, they must be a cracking company to deal with. We are the Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen, and provide cooked meals and everyday essentials for the homeless and hungry free of charge every evening. JLA responded to our appeal for equipment and provided us with a commercial freezer free of charge, and even delivered it to us. Thank you guys!!
Had a very good experience and communication was excellent with a gentleman called Dean. Phoned with a breakdown at 12pm and Dean organised an engineer to visit our site at 2.30pm. Excellent company. Thankyou

Efficient and fast response
Very bad service. Our dryer was broke done about 1 months time. We payd all bills and ordered part. When I call in to find out about the part only promises to call back and drop phone off. Rude
