I have been a customer of JLA's for over 12 years. I run a care home and rely on the machines working to ensure my residents have clean clothes. Recently, due to JLA's incompetence I found myself resorting to using a self service launderette due to a breakdown for nearly two weeks. However this is not the first time I have had to complain, I also complained previously this year about their service and the length of time it took to fix our machine. I have waited for engineers to arrive, and have had to chase them only to be told they are not coming out, some of the reasons being 'part was sent to and engineers locker that was on holiday', 'wrong part was ordered' and on some occasions not even been given an reason. They did not even have the courtesy to call me to let me know an engineer was not visiting, they only informed me of this when I called for a ETA. Avoid this company, their organisational skills are nil, the long rental agreement, which is one sided so that they can provide poor service but still get their money every month, and prices go up every year without fail but the service gets worse. JLA are only concerned with making money now not looking after their customers. I regret renewing my contract and am just counting down the time to terminate as they will not allow me to leave early without having to pay the remainder of the contract even though they don't fulfil their side of the agreement.

I have dealt with this company for 12-13 years but the last two months there service is awful.I run a commercial laundry repair company and thus require parts but all i get from them is they will ring me back in 15 minutes but never do this has been going on for the last two months.I have now contacted them ten times and still no result.
Poor service more interested in selling service contracts and chasing for money.
Engineere are very helpful come and fix the problem with the machines
A blessing called late Saturday evening by sunday morning they were here all sorted very polite and a quick service
