Brett Roche had a difficult time today Trying to fix our tumble dryer. He was very persistent and didn't give up at the first hurdle he managed to sort the problem and did a great job.

ij is a brilliant engineer i had your engineer ij come and fix my machines he was brilliant and he fixed all the problems with my machine that i have been complaining about for 4 years now. ij is a brillaint engineer and i would request every time i have a problem please only send him to muy shop.

Terrible service dont turn up when appointment made due to equiptment not working, dont order parts when broken, engineers dont know what the appliance is, prices increase yearly for a very poor service

I booked a Engioneer to come to service my machines without going into every detail they didn’t turn up but I had been made to pay upfront, because I was going away they couldn’t rearrange so asked for refund this was 5 weeks and numerous phone calls ago and still NO money refunded, told people will call me back, told money will be paid on Friday but nothing, rang again today and was told by the person I spoke to that nothing could be done it’s out of his hands and said there was no one I could talk to about this above him absolutely disgusting service that I am not being given my money back, be warned don’t pay upfront you won’t see your Engioneer or money back

Great service. JLA have been working with my company for years. When ever we ring them there out straight away and have fixed the machines in no time. The guy that comes to my work place is Very polite and friendly. JLA do a great job as when machines are down it’s a nightmare

From the very start we have had nothing but poor customer service from JLA. Due to there extremely long contracts we are now paying for machines that are no longer even in the building. The contract was signed by my boss (now retired) and another contract was taken over by them when they bought out a firm we had an existing contract with. Our original contract was signed and the product supplied sold to us as a commercial dishwasher which when it was actually installed turned out to be a glass washer not a dishwasher. Eventually we just decided to buy our own machine and although we are still paying the contract the glass washer was returned to JLA and not replaced. Of course, they would have been happy to help if we signed a new eight year contract for a different model of dishwasher - no thank you. They bought out the firm that supplied our tumble dryer and washing machine and are now saying that the tumble dryer is not the one we leased from them. This is after we replaced the other machine because they also said that was not the machine they were responsible for. Having only two machines I am not sure what they are responsible for. Perhaps it is an invisible machine that magically appears every blue moon. At the very least it seems to have a serial number that keeps changing. The only item we have ever rented from them that we have had no problems with is the rotary ironer. Customer Service's answer is that we can buy out the remaining terms of the contract. A true solution but unfortunately, not one we can afford. Before sharing this review on trust pilot I have spoken several times to the company themselves. I always think it best to avoid leaving bad feeling and prefer to get things resolved. However, there has never been any resolution and I know the only solution is to pay off the contracts. I will never recommend JLA to anyone. It is far cheaper to buy outright and pay for any repairs and costs than it is to involve JLA. Their estimates for repairing machines are often more than the cost of buying new.

Job completed on time and in a timely fashion. The only down side was that we had placed an order with the Internet package included, but none of the installers new about it. Issue quickly resolved and installed on the Monday.

As a new client to JLA you always worry about the outcome but there was no need to be. Chris and his team turned up on time and were polite and information throughout the install. The job the team did was seamless and they left the area tidier than when they arrived. The product fitted has worked brilliantly and in a hotel if you don't have constant hot water you have problems. I would happily, and will, recommend the team as well as use them in the future when I need further work done.
