Nov 13,2019JLA are an embarrassment.. we have been waiting now for nearly three weeks for JLA to fix a faulty dryer (which is under warranty) . They have sent numerous engineers, all of which arrived with incorrect parts on numerous occasions. The machine is still out of operation, now costing me time and money.. They are a pathetic excuse of a company, and i would highly advise anyone and everyone to use another laundry supplier. Anyone you speak to in the office could not care less!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Instead of sending you a price list they arrange a visit by a very pushy salesman who will try force you to sign up for 8 years at least and then you are tied in even if you are unhappy with the service. it seems there are quite a number of poor communication and complaints on this site so do make your enquiries from established people in the market.I am keeping well away!

I would like to add from the start that the engineers sent to my site/laundrette have been fantastic (Richard in sales particularly) however the customer service and shoddy organisation of your back office is somewhat embarrassing. I’ve spent nearly 3 months trying to arrange 1 stacker dryer to be installed in my outlet and it’s been problem after problem with no customer care at any point. My order forgetting to be placed, Assessment visit was “apparently completed” without my knowledge and then I was told by one of your customer service/ sales representative that in actual fact it was a “lie” and to be told “the plot thickens on the phone” as nobody did do an on-site assessment, I waited another 2 weeks for the delivery of the stacker dryer and due to the unfortunate accident of an engineer the dryer could not be installed. It was ok though...the lorry wouldn’t come back to collect it as it was a Friday so I had a stacker dryer wrapped in plastic stood in the middle of my laundrette over the weekend. The dryer was finally installed just under 3 weeks ago and Alas it’s broken down already. We were told an engineer would be out the next day....I’m writing this review 5 days later and still nobody has been to fix it. You prey on small business that rely on your machines and product knowledge...this is loss of earnings for every day that is wasted on waiting for somebody to come and fix machines that you install and with your brand name attached. I’m lucky...I’ve kept all my email trails and calls logged in regards to the above and will be more then happy to share the utter confusion surrounding your customer service.

Oct 28,2019Avoid at all costs. We have now been waiting almost 3 weeks for our leased commercial washing machine to be repaired. In all fairness the engineers have been fine and have stated that the machine should be replaced, however, the office refuse to accept this. We are a care home and this is totally unacceptable. Lie after lie after lie we have had, unprofessional and ineffective!!
