Apr 11,2023After a lot of research, I decided to engage JMW regarding my Clinical Negligence Claim against an NHS Trust. The case was complex and required a lot of medical evidence, the experts recommended by JMW were all first class. From start to finish the case has taken a little over 5 years and naturally during that time there have been changes in personnel dealing with my case, however I can honestly say form my first telephone conversation with JMW and throughout the entire period, I have always been very happy with the information, advice and guidance provide to me by JMW. Having said that, for the last three and a half years Jodie Miller, Senior Associate at JMW has been the person dealing with my case and it would be unforgivable of me not to single her out for special praise. There have been times over the last few years when my absolute frustration, despair, and disbelief at the drawn-out process, and at the position adopted by the defendants led me to believe I would never see the end of my case. In addition to being incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly quick to respond to any queries or questions I emailed her with, Jodie has been extremely understanding and supportive throughout the process, her calm reassurances, even in my most despondent times, helped me remain positive and confident in my case. Recently my claim settled out of court! I highly recommend JMW, and Jodie Miller in particular, if you are considering a Clinical Negligence claim.

Apr 11,2023JMW's matrimonial dept or more particularly the partner and her assistant are loathsome. I'm not a husband whose getting shafted by them on behalf of my ex wife and so taking to posting this review in some kind of revenge. I'm acting for myself in the proceedings. No, they are shafting my ex wife. Billing her thousands of pounds. But doing a pretty poor job on her behalf. Literally, they are getting nowhere. They are loathsome. Hideous to deal with. Arguing to the nth degree about everything so they can bill my poor ex wife to the nth degree. If I'm somehow wrong about this maybe they will disclose what legal costs have been racked up? But they wont will they because it will be in the tens of thousands. I'm going public with this debacle once it comes to an end. All their loathsome, vile and aggressive emails. It will come out. We need to stop people like these who turn divorce into a hideous nightmare in this country and make thousands out of disintegrating marriages turning families into miserable wrecks. It has to stop. There has to be reform. They trade in human misery. I should know, I am a lawyer.

Mar 31,2023He moved very slow and by the time he decided to do anything it was to late my fathers ashes had been disposed of - he advised me my sister was in the right as she got the death certificate - this was not the case another solictor has since told me i could of stopped my sister - shame i didnt find him before i went with this company - they dont even phone you back i would not recommend this man to deal with your case.

Mar 27,2023Patrick and his firm were recommended to me by one of my clients. I was looking at a minimum of a 17 month ban for failure to provide but Patrick found a way of reducing it to 4 penalty points. Unfortunately for me that left with me 13 points so Patrick then represented me for an exceptional hard ship case. He presented the next case methodically and in a way that the judges decided to reduce my 6 month totting up ban to just £1000 fine and keeping my license. I would recommend Patrick and his firm to anyone who seriously needs their license. Great work Patrick and thanks again 👍
