After dealing with two previous law firms over a two year period, who tried unsuccessfully to resolve my immigration issues, I finally found the expertise and professionalism I needed from Gemma. Catherine has been there for me since this situation unfolded. Her reassuring tone put me at ease from the start. Catherine’s knowledge too appeared second to none, and if a friend of mine were to find themselves similar situation to the one I found myself in, I would 100% tell them to go and speak to Catherine. Mar 18,2025Over the last 12 months or so I have received valuable service from JMW. I was in the position where I was accused of a theft. The consequences of a conviction would have been serious for me and my family. BH from JMW quickly assessed my case and discussed it via teams at length. Right from the get go he was confident he could win the case and explained in detail why he thought that way. Always available for support and a "nothing is too small to discuss" he provided reassurance throughout and introduced me to my KC ( MZ ). My KC was equally precise and supportive giving me the feeling that they were very confident. Right up to the trial they were very supportive and kind. Sure enough I was found not guilty. MZ delivered a compelling arguement for my defence I was so pleased to finally bring the matter to a close. Mar 15,2025Looking at certain disqualification for speeding 66mph on a 40mph road in Manchester. However, with the extraordinary work & advocacy done by Helen Kelsall, together with the preparatory work done by Fi Porter I not only avoided a disqualification bit also received less than the mandatory 6 points. Mar 13,2025Highly disappointed with the service. The level of professionalism and communication was far below expectations. I felt neglected and unheard throughout the entire process. Would not recommend. To this date - I have to chase up everything constantly. Will be contacting the company that referred me to JMW Solicitors, and advise recommending their customers an alternative solicitor firm.
