Costs broken down into clear detail, for total transparency. Single point of contact throughout the process, no being passed around the building. From property information form to registration of title, each step carefully explained using simple everyday English. Queries answered fully and promptly via email, often same-day and sometimes same-hour. Reactive, proactive and highly supportive, no such thing as a silly question. So if you're buying - or selling - your home, you should contact SCOTT RITCHIE in the Manchester office. Yes, we'd highly recommend him. And yes, we would (we ARE) using Scott again.

He evidently worked very hard to ensure the sale progressed and was very professional and amicable in all his dealings. He would also take the time to explain legal jargon to me when needed and gave me very helpful advice during the process. I would highly recommend him on any transactions, particularly those involving HPPs.
