Apr 25,2024Communication was rather poor as I had to ring on two occasions to see where the order was.It took nearly 4 weeks! Once the order was despatched it was received in a day so no problem with delivery.

Apr 18,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AWFUL Ordered 3 weeks ago. No goods. No update. Rang customer services. VERY rude Said items would be delivered today. No email with tracking info. I have a feeling they have failed again !!! I called again on Thursday told my order would be delivered Monday - still no tracking details. This company is a joke. It’s now a month since order. They telephoned yesterday to say they are picking my order - I told them to forget it and cancel I will go elsewhere. I asked for a confirmation email. Still waiting….. Please respond if you have time for your customers. I think it’s the least you could do really …..

Apr 13,2024I placed an order on 30th Mar. at 14.45. received a confirmation at 13.45!. had an email at 10.00 on 5th Apr. delayed due to high volumes will send in next 5 working days. 12th Apr. 14.18 order should be with you on Wed 17th. Apr. 12th Apr. 16.12 out of stock. Also received an email on the same date and time asking to give a review. This so called company is a joke. It takes them 10 days to check stock or are they still working with pen & paper. Do not use this company. Fedup customer. D Cook.

Sent an email on 5th April and had no reply.on 10th April I phoned and was told it was being dispatched that day!! Have always been pleased with the service but was disappointed this time

Apr 10,2024I recently bought several pairs of trousers and some polo shirts for my Hubby's Birthday. He particularly likes comfort waist trousers (the type with about 2" of hidden elastic in the waistband) and the choice at Jolliman's is better than anywhere else I have seen. The trousers are all good quality and cover the casual to smart casual range and the clour choice is quire good too. Fit is good, tho they seem to be a bit on the long side, and generally, I will definitely buy from Jolliman's again. I must add also that a potential problem arose with timing of delivery. I spoke to customer care (Amy and Natasha) and they sorted my problem with absolutely no fuss, even followed up by telephone to check everything was OK. Well done ladies and thank you.

Apr 04,2024What dreadfully poor service! Out of 3 orders I have only had one delivered on time with the correct product, size and colour! If I wanted a colour chosen by the warehouse staff I would not have specified one! Even after emailing one of the staff they couldn’t bother to make sure my 3rd order was correct! Never again!
