Mar 19,2024I don't like the method of substituting an item without asking first. Had a substituted item sent to me that I did not order or want, and yet I am expected to pay the postage to return the item. I suppose this is a company way of getting people to except something they really did not want, rather than go to the trouble of re-sending an item back. Not happy with this system at all. I don't want items to be substituted when not available.

Mar 18,2024Was disappointed with the quality of the jacket and returned at my cost. Received an email saying return processed and then nothing, had to chase 3-4 weeks later and then was issued. Not a great service.

Mar 17,2024What I have ordered looks good (it has not arrived yet) Sadly the brochure that I received taking me to the company said anything over £20.oo no postage yet I was charged over £5.00 for a £21.00 item how do they make that out! I even sent an email direct to them within 10 mins of the transaction but twelve hours later still no reply. Great!

Mar 13,2024Because of the bank querying possible fraud on my account and blocking the transaction, I phoned Jolliman. John, who was very helpful,advised me to check with my bank. The bank carried out security checks and unblocked my transactions and John then completed the order via the phone. I await eagerly the delivery.

Apr 03,2024Web site experience stops me from giving 5 stars. To look at my shopping basket I had to scroll all the way back to the start to get to it. I strongly recommend that the basket is made instantly accessible regardless of where the shopper is in the product search. This review request is far too early as I only ordered late yesterday and obviously not had the products to comment upon. Seems illogical and careless.
