Mar 11,2024I ordered a pair of expandable trousers size 40 waist by 29 inch leg. The trousers were too tight causing the waist clip to break. I replaced it myself. I had to have nearly 4 inches taken off the length so not a good experience,

Mar 07,2024I ordered trousers with a 36" waist when they arrived they would have needed to be 4"+ bigger to fit me I am not and have never been a 40" waist it annoys me that I have had to return the said trousers at my expense £9.45 as the parcel had to be tracked as your delivery note said. Had I known that I would have had to pay return postage I would not have ordered in the first instance. Regards Chris Roche.

Mar 07,2024I found the online ordering was confusing and could not complete payment because it was asking me to verify my order by using the app, As I don’t have an app I came to a dead end also there didn’t appear to be anywhere to use the freeb offer. In the end I had place the order by phone.

Mar 13,2024I bought a couple of pairs of lined trousers for the winter ( I walk with a group every Friday ) and found them to be ideal so I thought a would buy a similar pair of unlined trousers for the warmer weather - thinking that if they are as good as the first pairs they will also be ideal.
