Jun 29,2023Rang to complain about trousers and was told that I had worn them found I didn’t like them so wanted to return them . This was far from the case the seams in the trousers were faulty and the other two pair were screwed up in polythene bags still have the bags they came in took for ever to get creases out never again if you have to go through all this to get your statutory rights . If they had been alright in the first place wouldn’t have had to complain .

Jun 27,2023Found the material that the trousers were made of were of quite poor quality and not a nice fit. Sent them back but as yet not been refunded. Don't think we will be ordering again.

Jun 24,2023To be totally everything , I ordered 4 xl boxer shorts which should have been appx a 50 to 52 waist, im not this size but i do know sizes come up smaller on the net , when I got the pants they were in fact a size 32 , I contacted jollyman and they told me to take a photo and email it to them which I did , they told me to send the pants back and they would get some more sent out to me , the postage they charged me for sending the pants was £4.99 , I sent them back to them for £3.49 which as you can see is a over charge I didnt want the extra back but I felt cheated , they then sent me out some more pants and guess what , yes correct they sent me the same size again a 32 " waist , so here we go again , after many phone calls and promises more would be sent out and my postage paid back , it took one more phone call to get the postage back.. but alas no pants , I phoned and was promised a call back but nothing , the pants arrived and this time they were bigger , I thought thank god for that , but sadly one pair as split all around the back so now no good .. I do have some 32 inch waist pants here but I am not sending them back unless they pay for the postage first.. to be totally honest and i hate doing this but they have to be the worst company i have ever dealt with , I have 100% feedback on e bay, facebook selling pages , when I called this company I felt they thought here he goes again , never ever again with this company....mick...

Jun 23,2023Ordered JA01 trousers two weeks apart first ones made by Jolliman and good fit Second order received made by James Hulton and the cut totally different. Leg width Jolliman trousers 11,5" James Hulton 10" a difference of 4,7" in circumference,As I suffer from oedema in my calves no good to me. jolliman trousers no longer available so can only get a refund if I pay postage, NO WAY will I do that.Feel like I have been conned.Will donate to charity and never use Jolliman again. Notice other reviews about the same trousers JA01 also having this problem. Change your website if you change the trousers as these are not generous fit in leg. Still think you should pay return postage under these circumstances.Thanks for reply suggest you read my review again and note free postage on my next purchase never going to be claimed as will never happen.

Jun 14,2023The goods were in good order but the website promise of free delivery over £60 is not what it appears to be. Apparently, if delivery is split ( and the customer has no way of knowing when this is going to happen), then the normal postage charge will be made. This possibility should be made clear on the company’s website.
