I booked a test ride on a JMT13 at Jorvik's warehouse just outside York and felt a bit nervous and wobbly at first but soon settled for a JET-E2 being a less powerful model suiting my needs. Both Emma and the owner, James were so helpful with James even changing pedals for the cycling clip option as I have drop foot caused by a recent injury. James also helped to ensure the trike would fit in my car as I wanted to use it on the many coastal rides I used to enjoy on a 2 wheeler. Without doubt exceptional service from passionate people caring for their customers! I'm now waiting for delivery of my JET-E2 so that I can continue with my cycling enjoyment. I'm also very excited about James's plans to develop the warehouse into a test track and customer centre later this year. Can't wait for the invite to the opening please James.
I ordered Mountain Trike toward end of April last and told delivery would be the following week. When there was no delivery I rang up, they said mid May, no delivery mid May, I contacted again they said end May, no delivery end May, I contacted again and was told mid June, no delivery mid June, I contacted again they said end June. Deeply frustrated at this point I cancelled order and was refunded immediately. What really annoyed me was the fact that on the website they were forecasting dates incorrectly all the time which I believe to be FALSE ADVERTISING. Admittedly they did not say what year so I can only presume it was to be 2024 and not 2023. In all my dealings in my 76 years of life I have never met such an incompetent business firm with a diabolical customer relationship. Never once did they contact me to say sorry we cannot deliver when estimated. They kept blaming shortage of parts and Brexit for the delay. Incidentally, I contacted a rival company (Alpine) and thankfully received delivery, on time, as promised by them. I have had my trike for just over a year . I recently called Jorvik as I needed a new mudguard . They couldn’t have been more helpful, they asked for a photo to make sure they would send me what I needed, the lady then packed it straight away so that DPD could deliver to me the next day!! I love my trike !
I attended a demo day in Henley on 2nd June. I was interested as I don't ride 2 wheelers now and recently had back surgery which has left me very weak on one side and unable to walk far at present. It was busy and a trifle chaotic as there was quite a bit of demand to try the trike model I was interested but I had a go and found it very disconcerting... so took a break and had another go 20 minutes later - James was very patient and helpful and I was sufficiently successful that I chose to purchase. James also showed us how to get the trike into a hatchback car which was very helpful. Sale details confirmed on the monday, the trike arrived on wednesday - my husband assembled it for me and we found the video instructions on the website very helpful for this. I very much look forward to using this trike after practice in local park to ensure I am confident of this new mode of transport.

I had a great experience with good customer service. We are in a hard to reach location so I was a bit worried, but I was reassured and received my tricycle. I would recommend to anyone interested in tricycles 🚲
I attended the Henley-on-Thames roadshow. Was a fantastic day, very helpful team, great venue, brilliant to see and try the various trikes on offer with expect help along the way from the team. Refreshments welcome after a hot afternoon. I purchase a trike and am currently awaiting delivery this week. So looking forward to getting fit on it. Experience so far with this company... Excellent

As an older lady, who could no longer ride her MB, I find the JMT3 suits me perfectly. Takes me and my bits and bobs along the trails. Initially there was a mechanical problem, but Big Red was collected, and problem corrected, all within 10 days. Do not have to rely on public transport, got to be a plus.
My disabled friend needed a tricycle so I contacted Jorvik and they scheduled an appointment at the York showroom. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, helping fit out the bike for Brian with crank adjusters to compensate for his reduced motion. There was plenty of time to test ride the bikes. The JET-E electric trike was duly selected and after prompt delivery Brian is delighted with it.
We were made welcome by James, he suggested I should try the 20 inch and 24 inch wheel Jet E. Giving me guidance on its use and allowing me every opportunity to try them out without interference but always on hand. Having decided that the 20 inch was ideal I had great fun riding it. At no time was I pressured into a more expensive model. James answered all our questions and was generous with his time and knowledge. Delivery was as stated. Day of delivery my husband had it in working order and I was out and about the following day, having a lot of fun. Thank you James, our Westie Dougal hasn't joined me yet but once I'm 100% confident he will be with me.
I purchased an E-trike from Jorvik in May 2021 and it was delivered in June 2021. The bike was described as being a "rugged off-road" trike. After 22 months and just 331 miles of on road use, the wheels stopped turning and the bike was free wheeling when either pedalling or using the motor assist. I contacted Jorvik and after some correspondence I took it to my local bike shop for them to investigate. They discovered the rear axel had sheared at the splines. I contacted Jorvik with pictures which showed a bubble in the metalwork of the axel to complain about the failure of the part. Their response was that "The technical department have looked into this and the photos and have said he cause of this would be the bearing being knocked out of alignment, as you have continued to ride the tricycle with this issue it has bent the axel , it has been rotating around on the subframe until eventually wears it away" Firstly, the trike had not been involved in any incident that could have knocked the bearing out of alignment nor did it have any symptoms before it stopped working. Indeed, the trike hasn't even been bumped up a kerb. Secondly, the axel is perfectly straight. Sadly therefore I really must warn people to avoid Jorvik due to their appalling after care. Update: As others have stated, on posting my negative review, Jorvik claimed mine was not a genuine review. Ironic given some of the comments in the review were pasted directly from the email Jorvik sent me the day before!. I supplied additional info to Trustpilot only for Jorvik to continue to dispute it. I have now provided Trustpilot with proof of purchase and the correspondence with Jorvik. CLEARLY YOU CAN NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT DELIBERATELY LIES TO TRY TO BLOCK NEGATIVE REVIEWS. The response from Jorvik is not true. There is no sign of wear or bend on the part not was anything knocked out of alignment or the bike ridden whilst damaged. I would add again that the bike was described as being a ribbed of road bike but was only ever ridden on treatment roads.
I bought a bike from the company, and was promised 10-12 day delivery to Denmark. I paid the forwarded invoice the same day. and sent the evidence back to them. they receive the money 3 days later and promise to send the bike the same day. then I find out that the invoice sent is not the right amount and I have to get over £500 back. this is what they promise... but even though I am patient, and take the blame for the wrong invoice etc. even though an invoice for the correct amount has never been sent. I contact Them after 10 days and ask when I will get track and trace on the bike as promised. then it turns out that they had not sent the bike. and now they start making all sorts of excuses… and now 51 days later the bike still hasn't left the factory (according to the track and trace they sent) and I haven't gotten my money back either… even though they have acknowledged and continue to promise to send money and bike and wipes will happen. now they don't even answer emails and if I call they promise to call back but this doesn't happen... so I don't want to advise you to do business with this company. You will not get the paid goods or the money back Etc: i talk with a lady after 3 phone calls Yesterday.where they promised to Call back with the info She … again .. promised alot..and now the money Will be sent and so on … i ask for prof of that the money has been sent, and that the bike has been sent …. But have still not received anything … Nice! EMMA you now thats not true … now you are directly lying on trustpilot. I talk to you Yesterday on the Phone you promised to sent the Prof but you havent done that! I have sent you the prof of that i cant see what you are seen are not the same… and still you saying im laying? There have not been Daily contact thats also a Lie. There has been no contact with you firm for weeks, and when you or the otters promised to sendt the money or the bike … and you promised i had my bike for 10-12 days … i havent Got it y’et …. And YES you ow me 500 PUND not danish or euro …. You are so lucky that i cant copy all the prof in here that you are laying about it all. So all can see what Company this is…. The bike has not y’et come to the Custom, im in personlige contact with Them, and it has not come there … so another lye … why dont you just stand by you mistanke and return me my money and sent me the bike? This is so discusting … i should have Listened to my bank, there Said that this Was a Big scam.
Seit Anfang März fahre ich ein JMT 6 in dunkelgrün. Im Vergleich zu anderen pedalelektrischen Dreirädern sieht dieses Trike nicht nur sehr gut aus (überhaupt nicht wie ein Fahrzeug für Menschen mit motorischen Einschränkungen), man bekommt es auch für einen deutlich günstigeren Preis! Der Zusammenbau erfordert schon etwas handwerkliches Geschick und klappt eigentlich nur zu zweit, aber dann hat man ein schickes Fahrzeug, das überall Aufsehen und Fragen von Nachbarn und Passanten hervorruft. Außerdem ist es mit seinen zwei kräftigen Körben auch noch praktisch wie ein Lastenrad. Das Fahren ist zunächst ungewohnt und erfordert einige Tage Übung. Und sehr schmale Radwege sollte man besser meiden. Dann macht das Fahren aber richtig Spaß. Der Kundenservice per mail ist übrigens schnell und kompetent.

Über die Sendungsverfolgungs-ID der Spedition kann der Kunde sich im Netz laufend über den Status der Auslieferung informieren. Und jetzt ist es angekommen, mein neues „Jorvik JMT9 Mid Drive Folding Elektric Mountain Trike“. Bereits auf der stilvollen professionellen Verpackung steht der gelungene Satz: „The adventure starts here.“ Nach der problemlosen Endmontage mit dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug fahre ich nun auf den dicken Reifen wieder zu Orten in unserer schönen Umwelt, von denen ich glaubte, dass ich sie nie mehr wiederzusehen würde.. Sehr wertvoll waren auch Hinweise von Jorvik zu dem völlig unterschiedlichen Fahrverhalten eines Dreirads gegenüber einem Zweirad. Es ist tatsächlich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Außer dem hakenden Mechanismus der rechten Feststellbremse funktioniert alles einwandfrei und entspricht den Erwartungen. Mehr kann man sich kaum wünschen !
