Having ridden a Pashley trike for 30+ years, my new Jorvik trike was a Christmas present. I love the colour and the large wheels make it a delight to ride BUT - I have issues with both the quality and customer service. Noticing that paint had flaked off a mudguard after only a couple of weeks, we contacted the company. It was arduous getting a response but finally they sent some replacement paint. This made a right mess of the mudguard (as, to be fair, they warned it might as the parts are spray painted in a factory). Two months down the line, a considerable amount of paint has flaked off - including places where it definitely hasn’t been knocked. In fact, you can just knock it off with your fingernail. It would appear the paint layer is very thin indeed. We have now rung Jorvik several times to speak about this - we are always promised someone will ring back - sadly they never do. Not good enough in my opinion.
Received my tricycle yesterday. Ordered the black with brown seat and it’s gorgeous. My experience with Jorvik has been excellent. I liaised with Emma, who talked me through everything and was extremely helpful. I’m just waiting for the sun to come out and I’ll be on the road! May order a helmet first though. Ha. Thank you.
I have been so very impressed with the customer care Emma in particular has given to ensuring I have a perfect tricycle. The styling is fantastic and it is nice and lightweight. Got myself a great trike from Jorvik . Went down to York as the Troon shop did not have one in . Really helpful and spent loads of time whilst I test rode the different models . Highly recommend
i am a 72 years old lady who thought her cycling days were over having arthritis in my knee tried two wheeled cycles without success could not keep my balance found jorvik tricycles ltd on line phoned them up spoke to a lovely lady called emma she was very helpful and informative so ordered one so pleased i did brilliant tricycle for a brilliant price i can now look forward to cycling again many thanks to all at jorvik a very satisfied customer rosemary dent

highly recommend this company.. i scraped my trike on the side of my garage wall . I called them for a new guard. they could not have been more helpful and sent one free of charge even though my fault. i really love my trike and get stopped all the time off people asking where i got it from...
Lovely company . I went for a test ride in York and could not have been more helpful. Chose a lovely red 20 electric and haven't been off her since Jorvik could not have been any more helpful Tried to write a review before but didn't go on do hopefully this time it works .
It is hard to exaggerate how bad Jorvik's customer service was. Numerous problems with the order, multiple promises of compensation, never honoured, appalling support for technical problems and then positively obstructive with returning the item. I would never deal with this company again.
Perfect thank you ... Went to these guys after lots of research and had a brilliant experience.. The guy who showed me the trike was patient and really helpful and found me the perfect trike ,,, Had a really good experience and would definitely deal with again
I only ordered my trike 5 days ago and it's just been delivered , I had it built and the young man was very kind and helpful very informative . The trike is wonderful and it's big thanks to Emma for organising everything just as I wanted it . All in all a great experience . Well done everyone .
Great service with a personal touch. From the first moment I stubbled across these magnificent tricycles to the moment I rode out of the shop I was looked after and my every need was listen too and catered for. Not only did James and the team listen to my needs but also gave me advice and guidence with a smile. You can really feel the family friendly vibe as soon as you approach this family ran company and this shows in their personal touch. Not only was the service next to none but the tricycles are on another level wether it is from doing your daily shop or going on them summer bike rides with the family and dog, There is a tricycle out there for you. I would like to thank the team for everything they did for me and I will be back again.

My item received and its perfect… Got a new lease of life again Thankyou Really lovely company to deal with .. I was really uncertain what trike I would need and they helped all the way through. The electrics are so user friendly and its such a little head turner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JORVIK
UPDATED: Since posting the review below Poppy Management have contacted us. After many exchanges back and forth and me still not receiving the missing basket, I sent Jorvik a timeline of my contact with them. They seemed genuinely shocked that I had received such bad customer service and stated that I should have been given the option of a full refund upon receipt of the damaged tricycle. I was subsequently offered this full refund and returned the bike fully assembled on a pallet truck funded by Jorvik. It wasn't a good experience and I'm still out of pocket for the professional build I paid for but at least they came through in the end. Moved from 1* to 2* ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is an honest review, we have the email trail to prove it. We regret not reading more reviews when we were searching for a tricycle for my wife. When you scratch the "review facade" a bit you find the same theme reoccurring time, after time, after time. Poor customer service and damaged product being delivered. This review will highlight the same. The tricycle arrived with no notification that it was due to arrive and so there was nobody to take the delivery. This could have easily been arranged if Jorvik had sent a shipping notification out. I get a shipping notification if I order a pair of socks on line, why does "Poppy Management Ltd" think I would not like to know when a tricycle is due to be delivered?! On unpacking the were numerous scratches and badly finished paint in areas. We took photos and sent them to Jorvik. Their response was to send a small pot of paint telling us to touch up the areas of concern. Now, call me old fashioned but when you order a NEW bike I expect it to arrive in a PERFECT condition. I certainly do not expect to be told to do my own paint repair job on it. In addition to this the basket for the back did not arrive. Customer Services did at least send out a basket quickly, but it was the wrong colour. Black baskets were apparently out of stock but due in "at the end of the month" and would be shipped to us free of charge. The end of the month came and went. No basket. After contacting cust. Serv again we were told "end of the month". Once again, the basket did not arrive. This has gone on almost every month since March. This month we actually had a response to our email saying it would be shipped on 1st Sept for delivery 5th Sept. It didn't arrive. So in summary: Shoddy workmanship on the product. Appalling customer Service. A lack of any proactive feedback or updates. And outright lies. Not what you expect from any company nowadays. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM JORVIK / POPPY MANAGEMENT LTD.
I have just ordered a car rack tricycle carrier. Excellent customer service from Sacha - friendly, knowledgeable and she called me back with further information. Couldn't ask for more. I'm looking forward to it being delivered next week. Thank you Jorvik!
I ordered a trike for my father who needed it for getting around town on. I had heard really good reviews about Jorvik Tricycles and can honestly say they far exceeded my expectations. We felt the trike was excellent value for money and has given my father the freedom he has wanted for a while now. The order arrived on time and the help they gave us to complete the assemble was second to none. I can't recommend them enough for an excellent product and service. Well done guys
I ordered a trike with Jorvik last year and soon after discovered that I had paid twice for it. I followed up with Jorvik, sending them screenshots of my bank statements where the charge is clearly listed twice and asking for them to resolve the issue. I was told that they had passed the information along to the accounts department where it would be addressed. 3 months and countless unanswered follow-up emails later, I have yet to receive reimbursement. The trike is great, but not worth double-paying for. If you value customer service or your money, avoid doing business with these guys. Edit: After posting the above review, the issue was promptly resolved, though not without friction. All-in-all, I ended up with a solid product and the reimbursement I needed... but a headache in getting there!
Amazing trike absolutely love it. Finally a trike that doesn't look like I have a disability...Really stylish and I am constantly stopped by strangers asking where they can buy one... Lovely company to deal ... Thanks Sal
