Nov 15,2016Sorry to say I have been disappointed with Jorvik. I truth the Trike was good but I received a unit which was very badly damaged. It was replaced with a second unit which was also damaged. I was promised a pot of touch up paint!! but after two emails and a month later this has still not materialised. I was promised a light for the inconvenience experienced all I got was a very cheap unit already included in the standard kit. Although communications were always polite and positive I had the distinct impression they were not in any kind of compromise mode or prepared to do anything not entirely to their advantage. They required photos of the damage and would not send a replacement until first unit was received back at their depot; all very time consuming. All in all not a happy purchasing experience but as I said a nice well manufactured trike, it's just their customer relationship needs attention and I still have a trike with scratches on it.

Sep 25,2016I bought a folding tricycle which has a smart appearance. The product was well packaged. My first tricycle was damaged in an accident before I received it but a replacement was sent out very quickly. Overall it was a satisfactory transaction. The only way it could have been improved was by supplying tracking numbers for the parcels.

Dec 07,2016I recently purchased a a 24 electric tricycle from Jorvik. I cannot praise it enough... I was diagnosed with MS 5 years ago and lost my independence. This tricycle has allowed me to get back out and feel human again. It is really easy to handle a real head turner. The whole team at Jorvik were great to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
