The product is very good - using the industry standard products (such as the motor); the pre-sales was excellent relating to a trial/demo, and the aftersales care was refreshing (this is not a major business, but a nice online 'family-run' business). Although some minor issues, the overall experience was excellent - love the bikes !!
Diana was most helpful and informative in our chat. It was good to get advice from someone like Diana who really knows the products, and can speak from the experience of having ridden all the Jorvik trikes herself. I know I can now make a really informed choice as to the Jorvik trike that will suit me best. Well done!
I have never purchased anything, but I spoke with Diana regarding a couple of questions I had relating to the products and she was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Ordered an ex display model on 2 March, and paid for full delivery door to door. It is now 31 March and no bike because of none delivery and there is no delivery date. Have taken out a section 75 with my card company to obtain a full refund. Update 3/4/2023 Still no Bike, have been in email contact with Jorvik today, but they are now asking Trustpilot for more details such as my full name, order number and telephone number or my review will be taken down.....they have all my details and they know they have not delivered my bike due to themselves, this is just a very nasty tactic to stop a negative review.

Have been speaking on an off with Jorvik, trying to decide whether a trike is the right thing for me. I have been really impressed with the help I have received - both online via their chat and also on the telephone. There is no hard sell. Everyone you speak with knows their products really well and is happy to share experiences and give advice. I managed to get to York yesterday to test drive their vehicles and was really impressed with the one-to-one service I received from James; the lack of urgency to make a decision, and the time taken to ensure I felt comfortable. Plus the build quality is exceptional. Will be placing my order next week. So lovely to find a company that recognises that personal service is an invaluable commodity - and to be able to buy from a British company too.

Fantastic purchase . Professionally made tricycle. The family are ecstatic with the purchase. Delivered on time and all tools to construct the tricycle even though it does come mostly made up.
We were very well looked after from the time we arrived. Trying out the tricycle was made very easy and explanations about use, the mechanisms and how to fold it were excellent. The member of staff could not have been more helpful
I booked an appointment with Jorvik . Having previously experienced a cycle accident, I was nervous before the appointment . Any nerves disappeared within the first few seconds as I tried the bike . The appointment and attention during the appointment was brilliant and within 15 minutes I had made my purchase . When the bike arrived , I was delighted with the quality of the bike .
What an amazing experience purchasing my Jorvik trike. Diana was fantastic from demonstrating the trike to keeping me updated on delivery. Everything arrived on time and I am now enjoying the freedom to explore that I always wanted. Such a good quality product and feels very personal to me, just love Hilda to bits.
I recently bought a JMT9 after travelling to York for Jorvik open day. My Trike arrived the following week right away my husband assembled and I was ready to go. Having MS & Foot Drop I was a bit nervous about riding having not been on a bike for many many years. Once I got going I realised that this was going to be my new found freedom that I had been craving for a long time. During my initial ride I discovered a had a problem with my foot slipping off the pedal due to lack of control with foot drop, so I purchased a pedal foot strap to hold my foot on securely. This was a fantastic purchase and solved the problem. After a few trips out along bumpy tracks I am quickly gaining more confidence riding my Trike. I had to return my Trike to Jorvik because of a few smallish problems, eg back light did not work, monitor holding bracket broken and difference between brake lever travel. Jorvik sent a collection company to collect the trike, fixed the problems and returned the Trike to me. Problems now resolved and I am out again, building my confidence and looking forward to the warmer months to fully enjoy my Trike! I would fully recommend anyone thinking about buying a Trike to visit Jorvik as their trike’s are so much more then a 3 wheel bike it's freedom and joy.
Let's start by saying that the tricycle is fully satisfactory, excellent attention to detail, excellent overall quality, and the company is a very serious company. I will briefly explain my experience in an impartial way in order to be useful to other users and I will conclude my review with some suggestions to the company to improve the usability of the vehicle. The ordered tricycle, a JMT9, arrived in a particularly sturdy box, well packed and complete with all its parts. I personally did the final assembly which was simple and intuitive. After a few days of operation and a couple of transports in a car, two or three small problems occurred relating to slightly imperfect bushings and fixings in their tightening. I then contacted technical support and had a fruitful email exchange with Diana and Jessica. The technical assistance is perfect, they have always responded courteously and promptly, advising me in the best way. Finally, it is fair to point out that the company, after resolving these minor inconveniences, sent me three or four accessories free of charge to compensate me for the inconvenience suffered. This does them honour. Therefore, I emphasize, the assistance is perfect and the customer is followed up to full satisfaction. Once those two or three small drawbacks have been eliminated (a bit annoying noises, essentially due to imperfect adjustments) my tricycle is perfect in all its parts. Fully satisfactory from all points of view, excellent engine assistance, powerful brakes, excellent chassis. That said, however, there is a small flaw to report regarding the engine instruction booklet which has some errors. Since the instruction booklet is published by Bafang, the engine manufacturer, Jorvik in my opinion should be remedied with an "errata". I then move on to suggestions for improving the vehicle. In my opinion, the company should offer two or three options (obviously for a fee for those who want them) that are really useful. In the first place, a small steering lock would be very useful, for example during the day when you leave the vehicle for a few minutes outside a shop. Secondly, considering that there is a very well done electrical system, with the front and rear lights connected directly to the on-board battery, in my opinion two flashers would be very useful to signal the intention to turn. The tricycle is not as easy to ride as a normal bicycle and taking one hand off the handlebar to indicate a turn is not always smooth. Finally, a real "must" could be two suspensions for the rear axle. I realize that cornering stability would suffer but two suspensions, even a little stiff and perhaps a track slightly widened by a few centimeters on the rear axle, would make driving on uneven ground much more comfortable. It must be remembered that the majority of users of these vehicles have lower limb problems and therefore it is difficult to get up on the pedals and cushion the roughness of the ground with the legs. By the way, the “Rom ped” accessory is great, I highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble fully bending a knee. Personally, if there had been availability, I would certainly have purchased these three options. I conclude by saying that the five stars are amply deserved both by the quality of the vehicle, by the kindness and efficiency of the technical assistance (thanks Diana!), and by the overall seriousness shown by the company. I am fully satisfied.
Having lost the ability to go on much-loved country walks and bicycle rides due to a neurological disorder and fibromyalgia, I was feeling trapped and isolated from the Great Outdoors. I can drive but don’t much and love being outdoors. I can’t remember how I hit on the idea of an electric trike, but after researching and mulling it over for several months, I made an appointment to visit the Jorvik Trikes showroom. Diana was waiting for my friend and I and gave us a very warm welcome. She took the time and trouble to understand my conditions, how they affect and limit me and what I felt I could or couldn’t do yet. She was exceptionally patient with me without treating me as ‘different’ or talking down to me like I find some sales people have done since I have been more disabled. I really appreciated that. Diana’s knowledge of the trikes and which models would get me back up close in nature again safely, using little energy and helping poor balance was impressive. Her ability to put me at my ease and belief that I could do it, made me feel confident and capable. Riding the trike, a beast of an MT6, after a lesson in how to do so was the most amazing feeling. I just couldn’t stop grinning! I felt quite emotional too as I could see this would be a massive game-changer for me. Being able to pop to the village shop, meet a friend for coffee at the garden centre and most of all, ride along the tracks and lanes again on days I feel I can means so much to me. At no time did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase. Even when I did decide to buy there and then, Diana made certain I was sure and explained their 14 day cooling off period which was thoughtful. I haven’t changed my mind though and having received my trike only six days later, I’m now absolutely loving it 🥰! I’m building up gently and gradually as it is a bit different to riding a 2 wheeler, so I’m learning a new skill and am chuffed about that. I’m also teaching my dog to trot ahead and to ride in the back carrier with her seatbelts. She’s a natural! 🐕🦺🐾 We are fortunate to have a safe place to practice in the garden and it’s going well. Sailing along on the closest byway has been liberating. I can’t wait to go further and for my first trip out to the woods with my dog on the back! My motorbike might be up for sale and my bicycle collecting cobwebs, but I’m not sad about it like I was. This is too much fun for regrets! Thank you so much Diana and the Jorvik team! 🤗 P.S.
