It is the lack of customer service. It has been two weeks since I raised a support ticket. The support staff have made excuses but not bothered to pick up my coffee machine to be repaired. They have not replaced it or shown any interest in fixing the problem.
Absolutely top service! ENA8 was faultless until after 24 months it only did short grinds. Luckily the Jura carries a 25 month warranty. Jura arranged for a flight case and packaging to be sent out. The machine was collected and repaired within 2-3 days all under warranty. We have another jura (ENA6) and this is slightly older and no faults with this. 100% reccomend this company
They don't pick-up the phone, they don't return messages or e-mails. Customer service simply does not exist. Consider this when you purchase a Jura.
We had an unexpected issue with our Z10 machine. We contacted Jura Customer Service. Louise was very attentive and prompt in attending to the issue. The following day, we received a transport box uplifted the next working day. Within a few days, our machine was received back, all sparkling new. Thank you for all your help.
I have a Gigga 5. I really like the machine and find many parts are easy to fix and keeping it well maintained helps. The parts department at Jura uk are excellent and very helpful . I have found the customer service to be amongest the best!
My 12 year old Giga 5 was repaired in less than 3 weeks for £250. Jura lent me a Z10 temperary machine to use during rhe repair period. Jura replaced alot of parts and I now have a 6 month warranty on the 12 year old repaired machine. I will probably buy a new machine within the next 2 to 3 years and I can trade my Giga 5 model in foe £350 credit.
Bon café si la machine fonctionne, mais sachez que la garantie ne couvre aucune pièce que Jura décide arbitrairement de classer comme "externe", vous êtes donc responsable de presque toutes les réparations qui devraient être couvertes par la garantie. Et le service client est atroce.
Bought a Jura S8 coffee machine during lockdown, it makes really good coffee (but a coffee machine is only as good as the coffee you put in it!). However just before Christmas it became faulty, the water was not dispensing properly. After numerous emails to Jura, doing a descale (even though the expensive filters are supposed to prevent the need to descale the machine), they then told me the machine would have to go back to them for repair, the cost would be £282. I've since looked on the American Jura site and it seems that there is an integral part of the machine that requires replacing every two years! This is not something I expect from a machine that cost £1250 and looking on this site it is not an unusual situation. Very disappointing, I think we will be giving this very serious thought before we decide to have it repaired.
Really happy with my bean-to-cup coffee machine that's been going for many years now. There was a slightly issue about 1-2 years in but that was resolved by the company. The machine is a bit needy with constant changing/cleaning/filling/etc but the coffee is fantastic.
Jura ENA8. £749 bought via John Lewis. Decent coffee machine, while it worked.....but now it does not. The machine stopped working after just over 2 years old, steam comes out the top when you press the button, and no coffee comes out. I live alone and it is used very lightly, so it should nt have broken. I called Jura for support, they say it costs £300 for them to service it, regardless of the fault. I bought this machine because I thought it was a high quality product that would last for years. I should have bought a cheap one for the price of the Jura service and bought another if it broke. Don't bother with Jura, the price is not worth it.
Avoid!!! My machine stopped working Thursday. I was send it to pack machine on Monday. Tuesday I call to ask when it will be collected I can not wait all days just for someone to turn up for collection. I was told it will be any time today but I had no information about it. Rude customer service worker told me if I'm not happy about it he can re-book it for other day !! Awful service!!
Absolutely shocking lack of service, and worse. My normally reliable machine had an issue and went in for repair. When it came back, pretty promptly, it had a new issue, completely unrelated to the issue it went in for. Returned again, same again - a further completely new issue. I’ve been waiting for them to collect it for a FOURTH repair attempt for nearly a month. You simply couldn’t make this up. Love their machines but this is so wildly unacceptable that I’ll never buy one again.
Apart from the new Jura E8 that I own being an awesome machine. Truly. (I always thought Delonghi were the world leaders in coffee machines. Not so!), the customer service I have received in the very short time I have owned it (nothing to do with the machine directly - a postage issue), has been nothing short of exceptional. Thanks Rob! In fact it is safe to say that in my 57 years of life whereby I have had to contact a number of companies for various reasons, JURA UK has by far been the company that stands out and actually wants to look after, and more importantly appreciates their customers. A quality not quite seen these days at all.
Machine broke down after 1 year of using. What a joke
Amazing service, I rang customer service told them that my Jura Impressa Z5 is tripping electrics. I live close enough, so I was able to drop my coffee machine off. Great service over the phone and in the shop, everything repaired, and I even got a free filter. Machine came back as good as new, all done in 4 days!! Thank you, Jura.
I have a 2019 Z6 that I bought in the USA (110v) and then brought it overseas on assignment (with transformer to 240v). Anyway, three years of everyday use (about 3500 servings) and never had a deep cleaning. I contacted Janet in customer service at the London location and explained my situation. No Problem. They arranged to collect the unit in a flight case, service it within one week and returned it. Janet and the service team were the best! So happy with their communication, speed of service and attention to detail. Well worth the money.
I've had to speak to their customer service team a couple of times, and the rudeness of Lin in accounts is off the charts! the first time I ignored how rude they are because most of it wasn't directly at me, I was on the phone to another lady and I could hear Lin in the background talking to her colleague in an awfully rude and degrading tone! Really bad impression for your customers and it seems to be a very hostile work environment. When I then had to speak to Lin myself, she also spoke to me in the same tone and would rudely interrupt and refuse to listen to the issue. This time I thought I'd leave a review because they shouldn't get away with such an appalling phone manner! Just one individual can completely ruin your reputation and you should be mindful of that otherwise you'll be losing an awful lot of custom.
The Jura machines are amazing until you need support. If this happens don’t expect any help, I’ve called, left messages, emailed through their support link, NO contact at all. After cleaning my E8 for the 2nd time the sensors for the drawer is not making good contact ( I’ve cleaned them, turned machine off, unplugged, nothing) the system is now telling me to clean again. It’s still under warranty but can’t get a person to assist. Jura you won’t last much longer if you can’t pull it together!!
IPurchased J6 coffee machine JLewis during covid. This machine has changed our whole family time. We no longer wait around missing quality time with loved ones making coffee,just press any of the wide choices of coffee. Customer service outstanding Adam in particular, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Thank you for giving my time back with family and friends with delicious coffee touch of a button. Tips from Adam brilliant. Definitely recommend this Jura company.

Feb 03,2025I run a Jura E60 as a shared staff-owned machine at the office. After around 11,000 cups the grinder was running weak so I booked it in for a service. At a fixed cost based upon the number of cups, a strong plastic box was sent out, collection of the machine arranged and it was returned in full working order two weeks later and has done a couple of thousand cups since. Jura staff were very helpful and I was delighted by the service. Now, at nearly £300 this wasn't a cheap service, but the parts changed (grinder, brew unit and a few minor parts) added up at cheapest internet prices to more than the service cost. I'll keep the machine running until the time comes when it needs more than one service in a year. Oh, and it makes a nice coffee too.
