Feb 12,2025We're really pleased with our new conservatory roof. All the guys who came to work on it were a pleasure to have around, very friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. Thanks to Anthony & Ryan, smashing job of the tiling and inside frame. Tommy did a great job with the electrics and Glynn & Jodie's plastering is smashing and thanks to Paul for the finishing off. Dave, who did the initial estimate, was very fair, honest and explained the process thoroughly. Also thanks to the office staff who arranged everything so well, it went very smoothly and as described in the quotation.

They managed all aspects of the work brilliantly, from personal attention from Steve, to the great work from the builders, the electricians, plasterers etc, Alan, Adam, Lee, Terry, Cam, Neil to name just a few. Oct 16,2024After deciding to add a tiled roof to the conservatory I was given an installation date in just over one week’s time. The installation took just 2 days and the guys that did the work were very friendly and did not stop. On the third day the electrician arrived before 8am to install the lights. Later the same day the plasterer arrived to skim the ceiling. He was very professional and friendly and worked very tidily. The tiled roof and insulated ceiling has transformed the conservatory. It is now super warm and has the look of a cozy snug. It is now a room I will enjoy using. I had thought about putting a tiled roof and insulated ceiling on for a few years. I’m now glad that I did.

Oct 03,2024From start to finish each person that came to the house or spoke to us on the phone were very knowledgable and helpful. They did not hesitate to spend a little extra time explaining things or answering questions. The company were very easy to get hold of and returned calls in a timely manner. All work men that came to the house were polite, pleasant and left the area tidy after finishing their work.

Jul 29,2024Came to fit bay windows today. They spend a whole morning taking out the top windows only to later tell me that the wrong size have been ordered. I’ve been left with ill fitting windows and two bedrooms full of windows making the rooms unusable. They have offered to come back and fix it but at a later date which may mean I have to cancel my holiday and lose money on the room that is usually rented out. An apology but discount offered for the inconvenience so I need to decide whether to cancel.

They have proven themselves to be professional, honest, genuine and respectful, as well as operating with true integrity; traits that are hard to find in this day and age. I will come back to these guys again and I would recommend anyone to do the same if they want to feel confident that they will be looked after and treated properly.

May 10,2024Fitted patio doors last march, windows are fine. Called out several times about the patio doors, issue being when we get warm weather the doors wont lock,got to the point that we requested that the door manufacturer came out and inspected the doors that informed us that they needed to make ajustment to the door, this was after several visits from jws to sort out, tried to lock the doors tonight afer the weather being warm and surprise surprise they dont shut. Stay well away from this company, we will be contacting the financial ombudsman regarding this issue.
