Mar 02,2025We had an incredible stay at this rental property. The condo was spotless on arrival and the beds and linens were high quality. The best part of staying here were the views from this property - we watched whales and turtles everyday from our large lanai & enjoyed swimming in the pool. Communication with the host was always prompt and professional. We would absolutely stay in this rental again and highly recommend it!

Feb 25,2025The resort was lovely and clean! We had a breath taking view of the ocean! We loved waking up to it every morning and falling asleep to the ocean sounds at night. The hot tubs were not 100% functional at the time of our stay but that did not detour us for using them, the pools could have been a little more heated! The staff was friendly and the environment was just right!

Feb 21,2025Let me start by saying the property has a million dollar view. It’s also a top corner unit which provides a full unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which was amazing. The pool was very accommodating and rarely busy. The kitchen was really well appointed and made it nice to prepare meals etc. However, the property sits in front of a completely rocky shoreline…no sandy beach. The online property description mentioned a gate and path to the beach…but honestly…the only available beach with sand is a couple hundred yards to the left or right of the condo. This was probably the most disappointing element. The other negative for us was the online listing included a 3rd upstairs bedroom. However, it ended up being an open loft with a bed. It did have it's own bathroom but the lack of privacy and a skylight in the ceiling made sleep really difficult. We also dealt with a few cockroaches in that room which wasn’t fun. The last and final comment is nothing the condo is responsible for but the ENTIRE island of Kauai has been overrun with feral chickens and specifically roosters. Nothing like spending a premium to stay in a property near the ocean only to be awaken every morning at 3 am to a chorus of wild roosters roaming everywhere. If the sounds of a “barnyard vacation” with a view is your thing…then you’ll love this place.

Feb 12,2025The company was fine, it was easy to book and communicate with them. We were hoping for a later check out time and we're willing to pay extra, as our flight home did not leave until 9 pm, but could not get that. They do respond in a timely manner and their app is easy to use.

Feb 11,2025Great location, tons of space in the house. We took 7 people and could easily have slept 10 more people with all the couches, lounges, and trundle beds. The house was clean and organized, showers were hot, it was so convenient to have a laundry room. Air conditioning was nice. A little scrimpy on toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries, but the maid gave us more when we asked. I wish there would have been a few common spices and condiments in the house. I was disappointed to learn the pool was a mile away. Internet was intermittent depending on location in the house.

Feb 07,2025Our experience at Waipouli beach resort was great. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor with a view of the ocean. It was perfect. The pool was beautiful. However, it was not as warm as I would’ve expected. And there was only one hot tub that was hot. Kauai Exclusive management was easy to work with and gave great directions for check-in. My only complaint would be that they also need to include instructions for checkout. There was definitely confusion as far as the checkout time. The resort said 11 AM and the management company had said 10 AM, but they only wrote it on the parking pass which I never saw. It was placed in the car and I did not see the checkout time on that paper.

The beds were very comfortable and it was so convenient having everything at your fingertips. The view was lovely. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple, 2 couples or a family. You'll be very happy with your choice.

Management company was extremely un compassionate and even though it qualified for a refund under the contract terms they did not and would not consider it. Extremely disappointed. Would not book any of their properties ever again.

Checkin and checkout was the easiest I have experienced in traveling. Communication with clear directions was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this company for a stay in Kauai
