Oct 11,2023We rented the Regency Villa from Kauai Exclusive Management company and have nothing but good things to say about the company. There were a few logistical issues, but the team communicated with us and resolved all issues without interruption to our vacation.

Oct 11,2023Great location and plenty of room, but listing needs an update…. Or the furniture does. I’m not sure when this listing was written, but it is far from being a ‘fresh find” or having “New, top-quality furniture and kitchenware…” Unit also desperately needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Walls and floors are filthy. Outside is outdated, peeling paint and needs a power wash. On the plus side, the beds were super comfortable and nice linens. Just be sure to bring house slippers. Floors were barely broom swept. Location was excellent with Safeway, ABC store and several restaurants within a safe walking distance. Also a good location in the middle to visit both the north and south areas of the island. Walking/shopping part of Kapaa about a mile away and is very friendly and quaint. Overall I would NOT stay here again. The description is misleading, and this was an overpriced, unclean, 1-star (Google) hotel.

Oct 09,2023If you're hesitantly contemplating about renting this property, trust me, don't hesitate, JUST DO IT!!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We had everything we needed. And it was clean when we arrived. I only wish we could've had some a/c to cool the house down at night, but there were plenty of fans throughout the house to make it a bit more comfortable. We felt like we were residents in the adorable little community of Princeville. It was so quiet, and non-touristy. The perfect place to unwind and retreat to after long days of activities and exploring the island. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. JUST DO IT!!! 😁

Oct 05,2023The room was amazing. It has an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The beds were super comfy. I love how much space there was in the condo for the three of us. The showers were really nice and I like that we each had her own bathroom. I did feel like the carpet was really old and dirty. I wish there was tile or other flooring that would be easier to clean. It would’ve been nice if there were more instructions on how to use the washer and dryer or which way was the hot water the first night I took a cold shower not realizing that the hot and cold water were switched. It could’ve been a little bit more information about the property in the room, tips and tricks- like how to catch the 10 mile bike path that runs along the property. I did not like that we cannot use our balcony because the kitchen from the restaurant was below us and it smelled, also the balconies were super hot because they’re tucked back and the wind couldn’t reach them. The balcony /lanai is always our favorite part on the Hawaii vacation and it was in usable this trip, except for first thing in the morning. The pool and spas were amazing. I love the waterslides and I loved that you can find your own little private area in the pool to relax. I also like they were different areas to sit by the pool so you’re not just right next to everybody. I did feel like the towel system was annoying. If people weren’t paying attention, you would be written down as having an extra towel that when you didn’t. I wish there was like a scanning system or different way of getting the towels out then trusting in relying on people to write down the right information. I love the location it was super convenient to walk across the street to the grocery store and restaurants. And it was a central location to Lihue and Princeville.

Oct 05,2023The unit and location would have been great but when we arrived the unit was 87 degrees and turned out the advertised A/C was not working and they were unable to fix during our 6 night stay. We were in Kauai with a group of family and friends for our daughters wedding. The lack of A/C made it challenging on my elderly mother, for our planned dinners together or trying to sleep. The master bath and closet were so hot we couldn’t use those areas to get ready. Some interactions lead us to believe the A/C issues were a known issue with the rental company and I had to call daily to keep up communications trying to get it fixed. Disappointing stay.

Oct 05,2023Everything from the initial booking of the property to our arrival exceeded our expectations. Kauai Exclusive could not have been better to work with. They answered any questions we had immediately and followed up before our arrival to see if there were any additional needs. The condo was exactly like the pictures on the website and anything we may have needed was provided. The unit was spotless upon arrival. Easily accommodated 4 adults. Great view of the bay from the lanai. Comfortable sleeping accommodations and A/C was a plus. Arrival and departure instructions were provided and easy to follow. Highly recommend Kauai Exclusive and would definitely use them again.

Oct 03,2023Our stay at 212 Regency Villa was amazing! The location was within walkable distance to catch the sea turtles and sunsets at Poipu Beach. The villa itself was updated, very clean, and the folks with the management team were extremely helpful with any and all questions about the Villa and area. The two bedrooms had king beds with adjoining bathrooms, and if we had more people, there were additional sleeping areas in the living room in the Murphy bed and on the couch. The refrigerator was top of the line and anything we needed to cook/eat with was right there at our fingertips. Since we weren’t there for swimming in a pool, we never made it to the assigned pool near Kalapaki Joe’s (one of our group members did visit a pool she found closer to the villa by mistake), so there’s that if you’re interested! We aren’t hard to please, but with certain things we are picky. Cleanliness, comfort, and location are important. This Villa and the management team made this a dream spot for the first half of our Kauai vacation. Mahalo for your hospitality.

They were very communicative early in the process of finding a rental and made it easy to plan extra excursions through their concierge, Darshan, in the month leading up to our vacation. They were very prompt to respond both via email and in the app which made the process seamless. We’ll definitely be booking trips with properties managed by Kauai Exclusive Management in the future.

Sep 21,2023Communication thru the app was easy. No problems with checking in. This was our first trip to Kauai & we were glad we decided to stay on the east side. Very easy to go north or south. The beach out front is not great so we didn't spend any time there. It would be nice if they provided 4 beach chairs in the unit so we could take them with us to different beaches (hence the 4 stars). We stayed in a condo last year in Oahu that did provide chairs. Somewhere I read there was live music at the restaurant but there was none while we were there. The restaurant is closed on Sun & Mon. It is not like a pool bar/restaurant. It is outside the fenced in pool & we never ate there.

Sep 18,2023The space was lovely and so comfortable to come back to after full days of adventures! The location was super convenient for the things my partner and I wanted to do, and having the park behind us was such a treat to wake up to in the mornings. We slept so well!

Oct 12,2023Appreciated policy of free cancelation up to 2 months before trip. Online account thru Rental Host was a problem, registering for account and logging in later for lodging details. Also disliked the payment rigamarole, confusing, and difficult to understand charges. Found personal service by phone very helpful on day of checkin. Overall, would book thru Kauai Exclusive again.
