Aug 28,2023Well priced-Easy to rent and pay online. Unit was beautifully decorated and very clean with spectacular views. Good communication until the end of our stay, when they left a phone message with what time to check out. We didn't get the message until later, so we were then rushed to check out and harangued by the cleaning folks waiting to come in.

Aug 27,2023This property has a great location to the airport and a great starting point for excursions to the south and north areas of the island. Drinking coffee in the early morning hours on the deck facing the bay was a wonderful start to every day.

Aug 26,2023We were really close to the beach to where our 2 little boys were able to walk and not get tired. The A/C was a bonus. Just wish the 2nd bedroom has an A/C. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom didn’t bring down much air, very little, if any. The box fan in the room didn’t blow out any at all. We did wish there was a functional beach umbrella. The one we found in the closet was broken, so we couldn’t use it. No other beach supplies, expect for the chairs. Just wish we had more. Porch light didn’t work, so it was dark getting to the front door, but we had our phone flashlights. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and it felt like home. Too bad there’s no elevator.

Aug 24,2023Koali Surfrider suite was a lovely, clean unit. My kids enjoyed its proximity to Poipu beach and its playground as well as access to the Athletic club. We utilized the washer and dryer situated downstairs and used the beach umbrella / chairs! Great rental and hardly noticed that the home is a duplex with another renter using the downstairs unit.

The sink in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging onto the wall and the carpeting has definitely seen better days. It was stifling hot when we first arrived. It would have been nice if management would have turned AC on that morning.
