Everything was amazing at our condo, it was extremely clean (thank you so much for that). The company was very tentative and answered any questions immediately and checked on us a few times. I would absolutely return to our condo and use Kauai management again, great people. Thank you again! We can’t wait to return.

It was a great trip helping us find the perfect place to stay. Everything was provided as stated. Just a beautiful place to stay. One other thing we appreciated was the excellent communication when a question came up before coming to Kauai! Thank you!

Kauai was a great place too visit but it looks like they never planned on the island becoming popular and haven't done much of anything for infrastructure so plan for just doing a lot of sitting in traffic. They now charge for visiting sites which would be fine but it looks like someone is just pocketing the money because they are not repairing the road, parking areas, not maintaining the facilities and they are just letting the jungle reclaim the hiking trails

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! We had 8 people and the home was absolutely fantastic! It was easy for us to access the home upon arrival and the departure questions I had were answered promptly and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay again!

We had some problems with the unit. Kauai Exclusive handled it the best they could. They had to communicate with the repair crew from Waipouli Resort. Would not give them 5 stars. We would rent through Kauai Exclusive again.

Excellent Service! Our Condo was beautiful and spotless. The condo we rented had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend Kauai Exclusive Management for your vacation rental. We cannot wait to come back to the beautiful island of Kauai and work with Kauai Exclusive Management again.

This is a lovely , spacious and bright place. It was clean and quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a great central location and we enjoyed our stay VERY much.

What a beautiful location in Kauai, the condo was perfect, plenty of room to relax and with a nice pool and a hot tub. There were wakeboards and chairs for the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had 10 of us in our group three of which were children and it was perfect.

This was one of the most efficiently run, well-stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. I was beyond impressed with this property. It was extremely clean, beautiful, comfortable, just can’t say enough about it! The location was also perfect, so close to everything!!!

Our stay at Dolphin Cottage 4 was perfect. If you’re looking for relaxation and getting away from all the bull$&*#, this is the place. Beautiful view of the river and far enough away from the “downtown” that you don’t really have any outside noise (except those wily roosters haha). The launch on site makes it perfect to enjoy a serene kayak trip every day as there is a kayak rental directly next door. Obviously, you’re not getting pampered every second like a Four Seasons but if you can handle doing a few things on your own and you don’t need your sheets changed daily, you can’t beat this rental. Thanks for the amazing home base for our vacation.

I was in cottage 4. Location was wonderful it was right next to hanalei bay town center. The setting off the river bank was gorgeous. The cottage itself was clean, updated, and included all the amenities I needed. Very happy with my stay here.

We enjoyed the place and our location. Using Kauai Exclusive to arrange our Na Pali tour meant we didn’t miss out because we had originally booked it for our last day, but the swells were too high to go out that day.

We enjoyed the condo. We liked the location. We liked the layout and size. It could use a update. The drapes ugh. Also a good floors scrub. Disappointed that the pool was cold. Charge a little more and heat the pool. Toaster needs replaced. That's it.
