Jun 21,2022The property is amazing..and we will definitely be back to WaipouliBeach Resort. For this condo, however beautiful it may be, there are things that would greatly improve it. We had other families in other units with a different mgmt company and their experiences were far better. Things like welcome emails and texts, welcome canvas tote bags in the condo, a notebook with information about the unit and property, etc. . A tour book of Kauai, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Ice cube trays, Tupperware containers, ice blocks, bbq tools, etc. The other mgmt company condos provided all of this and we were greatful to be able to use theirs. Also changing the access code to the condo and thus pool half way through was a pain. It's these small attention to details that makes a world of difference to travelers spending Alot of money. The unit itself is great and adding these touches will greatly improve the overall experience.

Jun 20,2022I’m so glad I booked through Kauai Exclusive management! We stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort G301. The same unit was cheaper than through other booking sites, and service and communication were excellent. Darshan, our concierge was amazingly helpful with booking tours and activities. We loved the central location of staying at Kapa’a town. Very convenient. We have stayed at fancier places for sure, but the views, space, comfort, and cleanliness of the unit made up for that, especially for a family of 5 with teens! So much better than all sleeping in 1 room. This thing has 3 bathrooms! I think the spacious nature of this unit really added to our relaxation. We loved the pools and beach too. Saw a seal there. The impact of those amazing views really cannot be overstated! G301 has my highest recommendation!

They are preparing to build Condos behind 5L so it was too noisy to enjoy coffee on the deck a couple of the days and the veiw has been partially obstructed. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious with all the needed supplies. The pool was wonderful. The best part was that you could walk to go out to eat and able to walk to about 5 different beaches!! I love this place and will definitely return.

There were a couple of minor problems when we arrived and they were handled promptly and professionally. I would definitely do business with Kauai Exclusive. PS We were supposed to rent this property two years earlier and when we cancelled due to Covid, Kauai Exclusive was very good to work with regarding our refund.

Jun 16,2022The Pili Mai 12G condo was very nice except that it has a second level entrance along with being a 2-story unit so there are a lot of stairs. If it wasn't for all the stairs, we would definitely rent this unit again. Also, the garage is quite far from where the unit is. This would have been a 5-star review except that we had originally booked a different unit and when Kauai Exclusive couldn't honor that booking, they changed it to this unit. We wouldn't have minded if they had notified us about the change. I found out when I was checking my booking and saw that the unit number had changed. When I asked them about it, they said the owner had changed management companies and the new company wouldn't honor the rental rate that we had been charged. Actually, this unit was much nicer than the other unit (we stayed in the other unit last year) with the exception of all the stairs. We did have a problem with the garage door openers not working and it took 2 days for them to fix it. Also, several light bulbs went out while we were there, but there is enough lighting that it didn't matter. One thing we found is that in either unit, there is no dishware for young children. It would be nice to have a set of breakproof dishware for young children and not to have to worry about breaking the dishes provided for adults.

Jun 13,2022Our family stayed in room A206 from 6/2/22-6/10/22. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved listening to the ocean at night. Views were beautiful, very friendly staff. Our stay was wonderful and problem free, resort was centrally located to everything. We would absolutely stay there again, didn’t want to leave. Easy 5 star stay!!!

Jun 12,2022First time to the Garden Island and this was the perfect location. Situated on the East Coast of the Island we were able to travel to all of our excursions easily. The resort was perfect for our family. Close to the beach in addition to pools with slides. Our unit had great views and plenty of space for larger groups. Clean and friendly host. Communication was prompt. We truly enjoyed our time in Kauai and we will be returning!

Jun 10,2022We had a great stay at our rental. Everything was as advertised. This unit is great for families and is very well stocked . Very easy check-in. We enjoyed the many amenities provided in the condo itself and the property was very clean and amazing out-door grounds. The only complaint was that we had noisy neighbors below which happens in these types of settings and is no fault of management. We would definitely return again!

Jun 08,2022This rental was all we could hope for. Ideal northside location with nothing between us and the ocean but a lawn and bluff. From our deck we watched whales (even though out of season), albatrosses and other tropical birds, porpoises and ships and kayakers. The condo was well appointed and included plenty of beach gear with snorkelling equipment in several sizes.
