Knowledge and understanding for questions asked was excellent. Felt like the representatives had time to discuss and not rushed but they remained effective and efficient. Also appreciated that there was almost non existent background noise which helps so much when trying to focus on a discussion.
I spoke with Lorna yesterday who was very helpful is assisting me with some claims I had and the policy situation. Some emails had gone into junk and so I needed to catch up with what the current situation was. Lorna also advised me of a benefit I had not made use of which was very honest and greatly appreciated.

I found looking at Pet insurance online confusing - ringing the kennel Club pet insurance - I was able to discuss my and my pet needs - which answered all my questions the staff at the end of the phone were excellent - I really appreciated having a human (with a voice) helping me.
Easy to extend the original breeders policy at a level I felt provided excellent cover for lifetime conditions. Generous premium discount provided for first 4 months of cover and swift reimbursement of the £25 healthcare prevention initiative offered.
Easy to understand and reasonable. One small issue, ordered full size pedigree papers (A3) but this has not arrived yet.
Nausheen was efficient, answered my questions and was very approachable.
