Keter customer service is unbelievable you buy one of their products then it breaks. Bad wind ripped the lid right off now you can’t get a replacement as they said it’s not covered under the warranty (it’s storage for outdoors)😡 They have said they don’t have any in stock & don’t know when they are likely to either. Seems to be that other people are having the same problem from the reviews I have read. I wouldn’t buy another product from Keter again & I certainly wouldn’t recommend them. They really do need to sort their customer service out.
I approached Keter with a view to obtaining replacement parts for my, not yet a year old, Artisan shed after Storm Eowyn in late January. Despite not actually "selling spares in the UK" and "weather damage not (being) covered by the warranty", I was offered, and duly received, two roof panels, two roof fillets and a facia, as "an gesture of good will", entirely at their expense. Compared to the many hoops I am being asked to jump through by my insurers, for a fairly minimal pay out to cover other damages, plus paying an excess, losing my NCB and being charged extra premiums next year (I have been informed!) Keter's attitude was a breath of fresh air at a stressful time. Particular credit and kudos to Tamara who, despite not actually speaking to her, made everything simple, straightforward and smooth. I'm so impressed I've since bought two more Keter products, in the knowledge they have my back should anything go wrong.
I had two damaged doors on my storage arc, caused by heat damage from a house fire. I was hoping to buy two new doors, rather than replace the whole arc. Upon enquiry, out of goodwill Keter are sending me two new doors free of charge, making my store weathertight again. I am very pleased with the outcome and the reduction in waste.
Amazing customer service and very speedy service. Highly recommend this company and the service they provide in after sales support.
I bought 2 XL Bin stores recently. Easy (just about!) to put together, and looking great. But...I did notice one of the lids didn't lift up as well (hydraulically) as the other? I emailed Keter and was surprised they got back to me almost straight away. After explaining the problem, the customer service rep (Dana) immediately ordered some replacement hinges to be sent out. They came a little while later and so after a quick fitting now work perfectly fine. So thank you to Keter, and your excellent staff, I'm now super happy!!
I think it only fair to say Keter have excelled themselves, following an earlier review, now removed. Thanks to Debra explaining the spares shortage for my Store it out Pro & doing everything she could to help resolve my situation. would highly recommend Keter customer services & escalation team.
I purchased a Keter shed almost a year ago, and it has been nothing but a headache. The shed became unusable shortly after assembly due to missing and faulty parts. Despite being covered under warranty, Keter has failed to send the necessary replacement parts. I've contacted their customer service multiple times but each time I'm met with empty promises and no action. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend Keter to anyone. Their lack of support and failure to honor their warranty is unacceptable. I am now requesting a full refund for this defective product. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a shed.

So overall I love my cortina mega storage shed which I have assembled but I feel very let down by the doors at the front and the locking system, when the door is padlocked you can pull the right door handle which exposes a gap which someone can crowbar it open very easily. The left hand door on the inside has a slot at the bottom for a rod but there isn't one. It's as if it needs another part to pull it to secure it. As it stands it isn't secure. Very very very disappointed
I put out a request for some minor spare parts to my Keter Wheelie Bin Store cupboard and despite not having the receipts to hand or the parts code number, Tamara in Consumer Service was not inclined to give up! She was tenacious in following through with several emails and finally assisting me to identify the parts I needed. Thses parts arrived today and I am delighted. Great Service and at no cost . Thank you Tamara - Thank you Keter.
The lid from my storage box blew off in the January storm. I recovered it from a neighbour's garden but the end panels were both broken. I spoke with Keter customer support and, although the box was not in warranty, as a good will gesture they sent me two new parts and the box is now great again. They were wrongly shipped as separate items but Keren quickly sorted that out. Delighted with the service.
I lost some of the roof parts on my Darwin Shed during the last storm I contacted Keter and they were brilliant. They sent me new parts as a GWG. Received parts yesterday. A huge THANKS to Dana and all the team
Purchased garden table and chairs in early July last year and when we put the chairs together we found a manufacturer defect in a highly visable area. Contacted Keter by email in July 2024 and twe were told that the part is out of stock and they would send one out ASAP. Over 8 months later and i am still being given the same excuse that the part is not is stock but they will be in touch when the part is in stock. Absolutely useless customer service and i just want my money back now.

Even though I bought my item over 5 years ago, when I asked for a replacement hydrolic hinge and expected to pay for it. They processed my request free of charge and it's now out on its way to me. Fantastic service.

J'ai acheté un abri à vélos Premier Jumbo 2020L sur le site officiel de Keter.com pour la France, et au bout de 6 mois je ne peux déjà plus l'utiliser normalement. La faute aux 2 pistons hydrauliques qui sont HS : les pistons servent à retenir ouvert le lourd couvercle. En même temps, quand on voit la taille des pistons qui semblent vraiment pas calibrés par rapport au poids du couvercle, comment s'étonner qu'ils ne fassent plus leur travail. Quand on sait que j'ouvre au maximum 4 fois par semaine le couvercle, cela en dit long sur la qualité du matériel Keter. Les pistons font partie des pièces essentielles et leur calibrage ou qualité de fabrication est négligée. C'est inadmissible. J'ai fait une demande au titre de la garantie sur le site officiel de la marque, sans certitude cependant quand je lis les avis négatifs sur Keter, que j'obtienne des nouvelles pièces pièces (des pièces seraient en rupture de stock), qu'il faudra remonter avec le temps que cela prend si tenté que les nouveaux pistons ne rendent pas l'âme au bout de quelques mois tant ils paraissent pas assez solides et calibrés pour supporter le poids du couvercle. Je suis très déçu par cette marque, je ne la recommande pas. Si, sur un élément important de l'utilisation, le fabricant n'assure pas, cherche à économiser, à quoi bon continuer à lui faire confiance. Après, le matériel répond à un prix, c'est de la fabrication très grande série vendue à des prix qui ne sont pas abusifs, mais se dire qu'il faut compter sur la chance pour que le matériel ne rencontre pas de souci, c'est plus que dommage. La concurrence donnera, peut-être, du moins il faut l'espérer, meilleure satisfaction. Mise à jour : le lendemain de ma demande de remplacement (faite un dimanche) le service client m'indique qu'il va m'adresser le set des 2 pistons avec visserie. Réponse très rapide du Service après-vente Keter France, il faut le souligner, un très bon point. Mise à jour à l'issue de la réponse de Keter sur ce site : j'ai reçu le colis contenant le kit de remplacement ce jour livré par camion. Une rapidité bluffante : là-dessus il n'y a rien redire le réclamation a été prise en compte plus qu'efficacement: signalement dimanche, à la reprise des bureaux le lendemain, le service Clientèle de Keter France me répond et je reçois le matériel mardi (colis que je n'ai pas encore ouvert), soit 48h après mon signalement. Une logistique qui est assez incroyable. Je revois l'évaluation initiale de mon expérience, dans l'attente que je trouve le temps pour remonter les pistons. On verra si les nouveaux pistons fonctionnent plus longtemps car c'est du petit calibre, il ne semble pas suffisamment calibrés par rapport au poids du couvercle. L'avenir le dira s'ils tiennent sur la durée.
I recently had to contact Keter for spare parts after one of my storage units was damaged. Very easy to speak with someone on the phone, conversation moved to emails to secure my parts, which again was easy to do. Not only are their units great but their customer service is excellent too. I would not hesitate to recommend Keter, I only have positive things to say about them.
Worse replacement parts company on the planet. I bought 8 outside storage units over the course of a few months from Amazon. A number were damaged due to insufficient packing a rough handling by careless couriers. Fortunately I can mend such damage using a plastic welding gun and a little grey cells. I did not return any but one from my final batch had No twin plastic retainers that attach to the doors for the top clasp to cover and use a lock. Away back in August last year (2024) I sent photographs and part numbers of the missing pieces. Despite my enquiries I kept getting fobbed off with not in stock awaiting stock. Today out of the Blue a NEW case officer wanting my proof of purchase etc all over again. Incompetence or what? I’m sure I am not the only one needing missing or broken parts. Surely the obvious thing is to open a complete pack in their warehouse to supply the customer then replace said parts when they come into stock! That would be too simple. Be prepared for broken panels as 4 out of my 8 needed repaired. Even the black metal bars used as strengtheners for the plastic back of the storage boxes were all bent and out of shape. Luckily I have a workshop vice to straighten them.

The storage was well out of guarantee so they didn't have to help. Their customer service assistant Dana was very helpful and quick to resolve my problem. I would highly recommend.
