The customer service I received from a lady called Dana Avivi was absolutely fantastic.She dealt with me promptly and in a very helpful manner,my issue was resolved very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Keter products and the aftersales service they offer .

Von beiden Gartensesselln Troy sind nach viermonatiger sachgemäßer gelegentlicher Nutzung über die Sommermonate die Sitzflächen gebrochen. maximale Belastung warenb70-80 kg, vom Hersteller sind 158 kg angegeben! Die Sessel standen im Herbst und Winter im Schuppen. Gesetzliche Garantie von 2 Jahren ist gerade abgelaufen, so ärgerlich! Eine komplette Enttäuschung über derartig minderwertige Qualität!

Use 3 of their products, all warp after a couple of months, and bad quality/design mine poppes open every time I use. The only positive thing is because the plastic panels are very flimsy. You can rebuild it that takes a lot of time and you have to empty everything that's inside. Also had one of the items with missing parts in the box after an hour of building it. Support have been unhelpful and accused us of loosing the part. Luckily after fully dismantling it I had it returned to b&q

Purchased a Keter 4 x 4 shed roof edge didn’t fit together and another part cracked, filled in a form with this information over a week ago had no reply or spare parts sent.

Bought a twin bin holder couple of years ago and the lid kept closing with a slight wind. Keter promptly supplied 2 replacement hinges and easy to replace and as a result, lid will stay open in gust like today. Brilliant customer service and these bins are a very neat and tidy way to store council bins. Thanks very much.

Received storage bench with pack of screws missing.phoned customer service only to be told an email would be sent. Tried uploading receipt but wouldn't upload. Phoned customer service back only to be told they couldn't place order for missing part. Another email sent to me. Been going around in circles all morning. All I want is a pack of screws. Shocking customer service. Will never use again or recommend.

Unfortunately our shed got damaged in bad weather and we lost the lid. I contacted customer services to see if I could buy a replacement. I shared some pictures of the damage and confirmed what was needed. As a goodwill gesture they are sending a replacement for us which was not expected. Hila was really helpful and offered a great service.

Updated 17th September Apparently now an issue with Royal Mail collecting parcel from them! New parcel being dispatched... wait to see if it arrives Updated 6th September Part still not arrived, apparently dispatched with no tracking! Need to wait nearly 3 weeks before they will look into it..... no bad only waited 6 months to get it dispatched!!!!! Updated 23/8... Keter contact after this review, suprise suprise its now in stock (wasn't 2 hrs prior when i called) and being sent out. Shouldn't have had to do a negative review to get any action. Shed hinge broken after a few months, Keter agreed to replace.... 5 months later still waiting for the part and no clue when it will arrive. Don't get anywhere when i call or email, i,m just told no part available Case number 01108851

My wife ordered and paid for the shed on the 27th of July, money went from bank account on the 30th of July. Nothing since, I called them today 21st of August. After using their on-line contact email service, which was next to useless. They even emailed back asking a question, using a no reply email. Call center operator apologised and blamed the courier company. Promised a call back in the afternoon. Nothing. Totally useless but very good at confirming the order and taking the money.

I have three store it out storage units and am really pleased with them but unfortunately after five years or so the pistons which lift the lid had rusted badly which made opening and closing very difficult. I contacted Keter to see if they would sell me replacement pistons, I spoke to Anita Rose, a lovely lady who took my details and said she would be happy to help providing I sent some photos of the pistons in question. I was amazed when the next day I received an email to inform me that my replacement pistons were on their way free of charge and they arrived two days later. I’m so pleased with the service from Keter and can’t speak highly enough of them, well done 10/10

I ordered a keter storage on 02 june 2024. I specifically asked that this delivery arrives on a wednesday as l work 12 hour shifts in the hospital and at time lm on call on most other days. This was agreed with the courier however the courier attempted deliveries all the other days but the Wednesday... It was very frustrating. I would call the courier and they would say l should speak to keter and l would call keter back and forth. When it finally arrived it was broken through transit. It was a nightmare to get a replacement product delivered. When that was delivered it was broken tooo😣 The 2keter storages were collected after numerous calls to keter and the courier on the 24th of july. Today is the 22nd of august 2024 and l am still calling to chase my refund. I keep talking to different customer advisers who promise to keep me informed but they don't. They are telling me they need to chase the courier who collected the items on the 24th of july 2024 but today is the 20th of August 2024. I don't see why this is my problem and why l am not receiving a refund. It has been a horrible experience and l don't know if l'll receive my money. Customer service is not reliable and l have been calling this number l have been given by one of the advisers but no one is answering 01215060020

Had a few issues regarding delivery 🚚 out of the control of Keter UK. But it finally arrived and was built onto a prepared slabbed area two days after delivery. Followed the manufacturer instructions that are first class and with the help of my 83 year old mother we managed to built a shed to be proud of. This shed was bought by my mother to replace her old and rotting wooden shed. She wanted a shed that didn’t need maintenance ie painting. Her neighbours love it and have made enquiries to have the same shed in their gardens. I would highly recommend Keter UK.

We had an issue with a part that was broken in transit. Called customer service they sorted it all out and I had the replacement part within days. I can honestly say its the best service ive ever had. All the people i spoke to and emailed correspondence were all courteous and helpful, a credit to Keter.

My old Keter storage bench got broken during a storm late 2023. It has still been used as a storage bench but looked very poorly due to the broken part. I took a chance and contacted Keter to see if they would sell me a replacement part so I can still use my storage bench and it would still look good. That was only 2 days a go and the part is on it's way already. Despite being unable to find my receipt they offered to supply the part as a gesture of good will and even paid for the postage! I would certainly recommend the Keter customer care team and as a company. Big shout out to all at Keter for your help and especially Avital Waintrov

Appalling customer care. I received a defective storage box and wasted an entire day for an arranged scheduled collection only to be told at the end of the day that nothing was booked in. Keter have an apathetic approach to customer care. I will never order from them again. My credit card company will now deal with this. Zero star!

Update on Review below...Following this review Keter customer services promptly responded to resolve the matter. The delays were due to difficulty of obtaining spare parts. A replacement shed is being sent. So happier now! Ordered Premier Shed 7.5 x 9ft. on June 13th 2024- within 2 weeks the right door hinges and inside panel broke off. Called Keter to complain, they said will order replacement parts. Surprisingly they wanted me to tell them the parts numbers! At today- nearly 8 weeks gone no replacement parts, despite ringing/emailing several times, and each time being told they are on priority order. Rang today- no one picks up. Even if parts were coming from China it takes 7-10 days. So Not impressed at all! Maybe this Trustpilot review will get some attention. If not will claim a full refund.
