Well yet again. Keter have let me down. Due to collect a faulty shed between 7am and 7pm today. Guess what, it's a no show. Over 25 emails and still not sorted. No refund still. £1125.00 for an absolute mess. Totally disgusting the way I've been treated with customer services. Promising this and that and not following it through yet again. I wish I give give no stars, as they don't deserve any. This has been going on over 5wks now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SHED IS A MESS AND AFTER SALES ARE EVEN WORSE!
I recently contacted Keter customer services regarding one of their products. I had no proof of purchase and was willing to pay for replacement parts. I was dealt with promptly and efficiently and my problem was resolved very kindly with a goodwill gesture. Very much appreciated.
I bought a set of garden furniture last summer only to see both chairs in the set fail at the same joint. I contacted Keter for spares to rectify the issue and was told they were on back order and a matter of weeks away. I sent regular emails every month or so to check on their status but each time was told a new date for arrival. Now, well over a year later I am not only still without parts but Keter now do not reply to my emails. I now have an unusable keter set in my garage which I have had to replace with another set of better quality from a competitor. I wish I had not chosen Keter furniture as the quality of their product and their customer service does not live up to their reputation.
On 28th May we purchased a Keter California 4 piece California sofa set from Argos, delivered on the 4th June. There was a small corner part missing. Having assembled the table, sofa and 2 chairs it seemed silly to reject the whole suite so I contacted Keter via their website form. I notified them on the 7th June with photo and copy invoice. A case was created. No further contact. I requested an update on 20th June A part was processed and received on the 26th. It was unfortunately the wrong part. I notified them straight away on the 26th of the wrong part and sent a photo again. No response. On the 4th July I sent a copy of my e-mail and photo of the 26th. No response. On the 12th July I requested an update. No response. On the 19th July I read the reviews on TrustPilot and e-mailed the address given in their ‘Note from the Company’ alongside the reviews promising a response within 24 hours. No response. On the 2nd August I phoned the company. After 30 minutes of little progress in the queue I accepted the 3rd offer of a ring back. Nothing. On the 8th August I rang again and held on until answered. I told the story, confirmed the missing part and was told ‘no stock’, call again in the future. I objected and was told the case would be ‘followed’. Today is the 1st September, still nothing. I am not holding my breath. The product is very good, I already had a suite for our summer house but the customer service is not bad, it is almost non-existent as can be seen in many reviews. All for one tiny corner piece.
Not impressed with the quality of this purchase, apart from the look of it, I'm a fishmonger and we transport fish packed in boxes that are the same poly design (hollow) and disposable, just as the floor/roof of this shed, keter have replaced a hard floor for a disposable replacement that is not fit for purpose, after putting a 5 tier shelf unit inside, with the help of the Mr's, shelf feet and mrs 👠 went straight through the floor, security is dismal as hinges & clasp are held into plastic outside walls, with small self tapping screws, that can easily be pulled rather than bolts, I can understand the design and for what it could be used for, but would not class as a shed for any expensive tool or bikes as it is to flimsy and not secure at all.
We have purchased a keter 7ftx7ft shed and today we put it together, it's been placed onto a firm level base and went together reasonably easily. Everything was labelled and instructions easy to follow the only thing that spoils it is the actual floor. The sides, roof and all other parts were very well made but the floor is very thin and flimsy, we already split the floor so we have now got to go and get something to make the floor more sturdy.
We bought one of their products quite some time ago but hadn't got round to putting it up as we're doing a lot of work on the house. Opened the box to find that some of the essential parts were missing and worried that we'd left it too long to get replacements. I filled out their online contact form on bank holiday Monday, had a response from them on the Tuesday and had received the parts and put the shed up on Friday! Brilliant customer service, really really pleased.
Shoking service I have been promised a spare parts for my shed.this has been going on since February. Each time I contact them I am just told it will be sent out to me when it is in stock....
I needed 2 more rollers for the outdoor storage box and requested Keter UK to send me these. This they did prompptly and did not charge me so i am a happy customer and can now move my excellent box around without having ro lift one end!
Contacted customer service department to request a missing part. Excellent service, prompt response and part shipped within 24 hours.
I contacted their customer service department looking to purchase a spare part, i explained what i wanted and why i wanted it. I received several messages back and then a few days later the part came in the post, to boot they gave me an extra one.. So thanks Dana and your colleagues..
Dos semanas llevo esperando mi caseta cuando en la pág oficial que es donde decidimos comprarla "para tener mejores garantías" pone que está en casa en 48 h/ 5 días. No hemos parado de llamar y la chica nos dice que pasa la incidencia pero aquí no llega nada. Un producto que no es nada barato y que tengas que estar peleando todos los días porque no lo traen me parece indignante.
Huge thanks for the outstanding service from Avital in the customer team - after encountering a problem with a part, we used the web form and after a swift reply and quick exchange, a solution was found that exceeded our expectations. We’ve purchased a number of items from Keter over the years and cannot fault the support and service we’ve received. The items are durable and have lasted well, and any time we’ve encountered a bit of a challenge, we’ve found the customer support to be excellent. There aren’t many companies who operate like this, so credit to Avital and Keter customer services for understanding the importance of customer care and retention.
Bought a box from keter as there items looked well online. paid for transport to my caravan as thats where it was being installed. Opened the box to assemble and the Item and it was damaged, flagged it with their customer service. They said the part i needed was not in stock and it was on back order, so i asked for a refund. This was over 2 weeks ago now and still haven't heard anything from them. Gave them a call this morning and they seem to not know what was going on. She said that i need to wait for an email. I asked for the manager and she couldn't pass me on l. Keter being a reputable company should be better than this. I will NOT be using this company again and others should avoid.

Had an issue where my next door neighbour had a fire on their property which ended up burning 3 base cushions and 3 back cushions of a patio set that I had purchased from Argos some 3 months earlier. I contacted Keter and spoke to a Customer Service guy by the name of Evan. His response was on point, he confirmed a few details to ensure i was a genuine customer, and arranged for the cushions Keter had in stock to be despatched asap, with one remaining cushion placed on backorder. The replacements were supplied Free of Charge, they also covered carriage charges. I'm 61 years of age and i've never had such a fantastic response to an issue from a supplier. It will therefore come as no surprise to hear that i will have no hesitation buying their products in the future.
Ordered directly from website, delivered on time, when opened and assembly started my builder found an important part missing and therefore had to dismantle, Replacement part sent and shed built. Builder had to charge labour for the first part, reached out to keter to ask for reimbursement of the labour costs due to the missing part. I Heard nothing back no acknowledgment whatsoever! Poor customer service. Happy with the shed but be wary if you buy and there is an issue.
Customer services so helpful even tho I was vague about the part needed, can’t thank them enough
We needed some screws to erect a Keter 7x5 shed. We are a charity and the shed had been given to us. In the move we lost the pack of screws. I explained the situation to Keter customer support and after a short delay received an email to advise me that the warehouse would be dispatching replacements shortly, free of charge.

Sep 03,2024After 20 odd years Keter have managed to supply parts for me to repair my old shed. The Keter agent, Anita, was very patient and very helpful. It has been great to get such excellent customer service. Good product plus good customer service equals an excellent company. Well done
