Ordered a Keter Nova store it all last Monday Arrived today on time, all pieces there and perfect condition. It is in my garden now! Thanks Keter!

I cannot praise the customer service team highly enough. We had a problem with our dining set which was not a warranty issue (our fault basically), they resolved it for us, dealt with it quickly, efficiently and beyond what was necessary or expected. Thank you to Keter customer service team, especially our main contact.

I have two Keter Store It Out 1200 boxes, both over four years old. Recently one developed an weak hinge/ram. I reported this on a Sunday via their website and was contacted back on the Monday, by Thursday I had recieved 2 replacement hinges under warranty ! Fantasic customer care

Iemand kan niet tevreden zijn .Maar ik ben super tevreden . Het scharnier met gasveer van de container berging was afgebroken . Gratis en snel nieuwe gekregen .De nieuwe gasveer is aangepast, zit nu verder op het metaal dat is steviger en de schroef voor montage op de deksel is nu ook goed bereikbaar Bedankt voor het leveren . Bedankt voor de service Bedankt voor het veranderen van de gasveer

Absolutely excellent after sales service from Keter. We had accidentally put one of the doors on the wrong side ! I know really stupid don’t ask how lol. Sent an email to Keter telling them what we had done,had an email back next day asking for all the details including photos etc. Three days later a brand new door was delivered with no charge whatsoever. Excellent service friendly staff highly recommend 5 Stars Thank you once again !

I noticed that a piston hinge had broken on my Store It Out Max 1200L wheelie bin store (which is a fantastic product if you’re looking for a bin store). I contacted Keter regarding purchasing a replacement and within a week they had sent me a new hinge free of charge which ive now fitted. Speaking to their customer service team was quick and easy, and they dealt with the enquiry efficiently. Great service, and still a great product! Thank you Keter ☺️

Fantastic customer service. Quick response and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Just wish other companies were as good at customer relations as Keter are. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Very bad customer service. I bought lots of products from keter. But having issue with one. Roof was leaking and its under warranty. I contacted customer service and they said part is out of stock they are waiting to be back in stock. Its been 8 months of wait now. They stop answering the email. Seems like they dont care about customers. And in reply they said to contact on the given email. Which i did, and i did send them email on same email address many times before aswell. But still no response.

My initial experience with this company is not overly optimistic. The lack of communication is frustrating to say the least. My purchase on the 23/7/24 was not actually confirmed until I had to contact them several days later to confirm the order. I was phoned within a few days to arrange a delivery date with no actual physical confirmation of this provided. A phone call a few days before the expected delivery informed me that there was an issue with the delivery and a second date provided. Today, 3/8/24, I am waiting for delivery but again no actual confirmation of this was provided, nor have I received any contact from the courier. I am not confident that this delivery will happen today to be honest and am resigned to a pointless day of waiting. Communication is key here with large orders, it’s unacceptable to assume that customers will be available to receive a delivery at any time without notification or delivery tracking. How come when I order products from Amazon I am bombarded with emails concerning the order and delivery and I’m able to track the delivery very quickly and accurately to my door. It’s very frustrating to say the least. I have attempted to contact Keter, and escalated this to customer service via email so we shall wait and see. I will update this review if the situation improves, but overall currently I am not happy. If the delivery doesn’t arrive today I will cancel the order as I am not prepared to waste any more of my time, especially annoying to have to keep arranging time off work. Starting to wish I had bought elsewhere. Keter order #GB_060020982.

I ordered a shed on 21 July, was given a delivery date of 30 July 24, on the day I was told there has been a mix up and delivery would now be 1 Aug then within an hour was called again to say delivery would now be 2 Aug, now its the 2 Aug no sign of my shed. The courier company XPO/GXO is the weak link in this process, I am unable to contact them, the tracking system doesnt work, I have a feeling I am wasting another day waiting for this delivery, I am getting close to cancelling this order. I have rearranged my whole week in the hope that the shed would have been delivered on at least 1 of the 3 delivery dates but that is not the case. I have contacted Keter who then give me XPO number, XPO telephone system is down. Hearing sorry for the umteenth time loses all credibility or sincerity after a while. Regards "one pretty fed up customer" Reply to Keter:- I have already sent my order number to your escalation team this morning, nothing received back as yet. Further Update:- Keter have been in touch which I appreciate, I realise its the Courier is the issue and I do understand their predicament, just speaking to their agent is anyways a postive thing rather than ping pong e mails so once again I appreciate the call. Final Update: Keter have been very good in keeping in touch with me especially Jack in their Escalation Team. Keter were able to ensure the delivery happened on the 3rd delivery date, Keter were let down by the courier company and hopefully these type of issues are sorted for future customers. Overall a happy ending to a fustrating start.

The Keter products are very good quality and therefore good value for money. I had a couple of issues with some parts but the way it was handled was great. A lady called Tracy Bell dealt with it all and she was fantastic. Dealt with it swiftly and resolved it in days.

Zeer slechte service. Product is oke, maar er miste een aantal schroeven en een onderdeel was beschadigd. Inmiddels al 2 maanden bezig om dit op te lossen. Geen reactie van klantenservice. Uiteindelijk na een aantal herinneringen toch een reactie. Zelf alle product codes moeten opzoeken en doorgeven. Daarna weer weken moeten wachten, zelf weer contact opgenomen. “We hebben niet het juiste adres” was het excuus. In zowel de bestelling als in de klachtenmail stond het juiste adres. Inmiddels de vervangende items ontvangen, is het de verkeerde kleur… nu opnieuw geen reactie.

Great customer service! I’ve had my shed for 4 years (the guarantee is for 15!) Sadly 2 of the corners had failed and were beginning to let water in. I contacted Keter Customer Services who were able to supply new corners free of charge! Thanks to the team who kept me informed all the way until items were delivered.

I made an enquiry about replacement hinges for my box. I realised it was out of warranty and was prepared to buy a new pair. Stunned to have been sent replacements free of charge, can't thank them enough. I have three Keter boxes and would highly recommend them! Aftersales, the best you can get!

Bought a shed, doors arrived scratched. Reported to Keter August 2023, still chasing for the replacement door. Their response is the item is out of stock and on back order, also told their shipment should arrive April/May. Poor customer service, Keter are still selling our shed (which is in stock) but cant give us a replacement door?? Would not recommend this company at all for after sales issues

Don’t Expect Keter Products to fit together exactly. They are quite crude and poorly made, but they do the job. ( reply to your reply) I have contacted your team in the past with regard to a large three bin shed that I built. It never went together properly and I checked the display unit in Costco where I purchased it from, and they had exactly the same fault so it wasn’t my assembly. There was a metal piece which was, a few millimetres too long. I Took the time to find a solution for you to rectify this problem through your team, and never even had a reply. I wouldn’t waste my time contacting your after sales team again. Due to this, if I had to rate your team, I would give them only 1*

I contacted keter about a broken part on my product by email. I got a reply back the next day and told me they would replace the part free of charge. I am very grateful for their service
