Nov 23,2018Just unpacked my recent order from this excellent company. Its my second or third experience of ordering from them and I cant praise their service (and prices) highly enough. I ordered and paid with paypal and then a few days later phoned them to vary my order -the person on the phone was friendly, polite and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I've had email updates throughout the process right up to delivery method and time. Very happy - and they're Welsh too :)

Nov 02,2018What a brilliant company. Not only did they offer the best price i could find, their customer service team was second to none. I order quite a large quantity of items, so some needed to be ordered in. Dan at K&Qs kept me informed every steps of the way, even helping to make sure these were delivered before i was due to go on holiday. I had one small issue upon delivery, not caused by K&Qs i should add, and the team resolved this for me within an hour. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Oct 26,2018Well, I obviously am one of the unlucky ones as my experience has not been one to rave about. Placed an order almost 5 weeks ago for 3 items. 2 items turned up after about 2 weeks. I was emailed after placing the order advising of a delay (of approximately 2 weeks) but there was nothing further advising that one of the pieces would be arriving separately. I emailed after a month to ask where the item was and was told it would be another week. I am still waiting, so now I have asked to return the items I have received for a refund. I have found the updates to be woefully lacking, by virtue of the fact that unless I chase, I am not kept abreast of any developments. The staff have, however, been pleasant during email communication, and their prices seem to be extremely competitive.

Sep 19,2018I am still waiting for a £700 dinner service ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. They did call to advise of a delay the week before last but no communication since until I called more than 24 hrs ago and a guy said ‘they are being packed as we speak ‘-no dispatch email yet... Also, ordered a cake stand at £100 four days ago but not dispatched yet and I received an email couple of days ago advising of a delay. Not good enough really- will provide an update when I actually received my items.
