Jun 19,2019I cannot express how good the service was from Dan and the team. Ordered some glasses as a wedding present and some where out of stock with delivery after the big day. Spoke to Dan and he told me that they had been ordered for me but because they would not him in time to resend he had arranged UPS direct from the manufacturer to me. Arrived as promised and in time for the wedding. Kept me up to date all the way including tracking number from UPS. Cannot thank them enough fantastic service and shows what we should all buy more from a small company.

They kept me informed of my order from start to finish. I ordered items that were fragile, and they packed them so well, that not a single item had any damage to it after I received the parcel in the US. Definitely recommend making purchases with Kings and Queens. Shout out to Dan, who assisted me.

May 25,2019I had no problems with my order, other than that it was made as Kings and Queens Ltd were awaiting a delivery. This meant that I received the goods nearly two weeks after I placed the order. However, I was updated about this and, also, when I emailed them, the company quickly responded. What I’m trying to say is allow yourself a little time when you place an order. That said, the goods were in perfect condition and, also, an excellent price - the cheapest I could find online or in store - cheaper than Amazon, too! I would most definitely use Kings and Queens again.

Apr 12,2019A great place to shop. The website is clearly laid out, the ordering process straight forward and the customer service excellent. I was kept fully informed about the order and delivery. A small problem with one item (that could not have been seen in packing since it was boxed) was sorted out swiftly and again I was kept fully informed about what was happening. Would certainly shop here again.

I bought several items one of which was faulty, after a phone call, when I spoke to Dan, who told it would be sorted. I have had several phone calls and emails keeping me informed of progress, all from Dan. The replacement item came today. Brilliant service thank you

Feb 14,2019I ordered some glassware from Kings and Queens recently. It was a design of tumblers and hiball glasses that I had been hunting for for a while. It was a little disappointing that soon after I had placed the order, having thought the items were in stock, I received an email saying the order will be delayed because items weren't in stock. Their communication via email was on-point and the goods did arrive a few weeks later as they promised. This was what was most impressive; I received three parcels in total. The first one I opened had only one single hiball glass in it. I had ordered 12. Hmmm. Puzzling ... The next parcel I opened had 6 tumblers and 6 hiballs in perfect order. The last parcel I opened also had 6 tumblers and 6 hiballs, but one hiball glass was broken! It's like they employ a person with x-ray vision to scan parcels before they are dispatched. Amazing! No having to contact them to get a replacement. Fantastic! And the glasses are PERFECT. Exactly what I had been looking for. Thank you.

Sep 09,2019I phoned Kings and Queens in Wales and spoke to Dean, because I wanted to buy a vase, Dean informed me that they were out of stock of the particular item but will ring and get back to me, he did within a short while, because the vase was a present and time was short he assured me the vase would reach me in 3 working days, which it did. Absolutely superb service, I was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Dean was attentive, considerate and consistently brilliant. I also saved a lot of money buying through kings and queens. I will definitely be buying a lot more from them. Thank you Dean. What a lovely company, highly recommend it.
