Oct 18,2023I came the fisrt day to take my car but my mistake that i lost my wallet so I respect your terms and your safety that you cannot rent a car to a person that dont have a physical drive license i told the staff that i will be back tomorrow so please just wait for me and don’t cancel my reservation. So he gave me his. As polite way from you and a professional service you should have some flexibility and try to help a customer that made a mistake and not to try to take advantage when you have a chance to. I come the next day to take my car but i was surprised that the staff told me my reservation was cancelled by the booking staff and that was a big lie cuse after I checked with them the told me the opposite. And I believe them cause my bookign still stands in my booking and and it says it’s confirmed. So as it appears the staff is no telling the truth. And want me to hire a new car with him. This is misleading information just to get his credit for making me renting a new car.and this is my reservation no 758930868

Oct 17,2023I have been renting vehicle from Klasswagen since 2018,2019,2021,2022,2023. The pick up and drop off is very easy . I get very good service from them .The vehicle selection is great . They do a great job and the best is that they are open 24/7 . I always drop off the vehicles at 3 am. Keep up the good work.

Oct 17,2023I had a rental at Klasswagen several times. Each time the agent was very professional and helpful and tried to make the booking process as fast as possible and as smooth as possible. I always got the a car belonging to that category which I booked, or, if the booked range was run out, I got a higher category car. Cars were in a good condition and were clean inside and outside. Klasswagen has a clear insurance policy: you have full responsibilty if you don't buy the insurance or you have no worries if you buy the insurance. The car return process is very fast and simple (if you have the insurance). You get each document via email within a minute, like the contract, the delivery and the return conditions. I rented a car for 3 days, all was settled before, the company representative explained everything in advance, there were no surprises and we had a great experience both with Klasswagen and driving around Budapest. The car was super clean, exactly what we asked for, also the pick up & delivery to airport was smooth. Clear instructions helped, very happy.

Oct 16,2023I was very satisfied with Klasswagen's service again. Used the company 7-8 times already but never had any problems. Cars are good and pre-booked cars are sorted out within ten minutes. The shuttle service to the airport is reliable, waiting time is minimal. I would recommend this company highly and I will use their service in the future again.

Oct 13,2023The car was good kia creed Customer service also good I think the price is little bit expensive Also the hold deposit is still didn't back to me 100 euro -- (Update) When I compare the other companies prices I found KW is the best price, also I am sure this is not the last time to rent a car with KW cuz I have plan to visit budabest on my next plan with my family ( 7 person ) and we may take 2 car from KW )
