Jul 31,2023I can't tell you how frustrating it used to be when I'd get dropped calls or crappy connection issues during important biz calls. But ever since switching to krispcall, those problems are gone! There service just works- clear voice quality every time. I don't have to stress about whether a call will cut out anymore. It's such a relief to have a reliable business phone system i can actually trust. This thing's a game changer!

Jul 31,2023I've been using krispcall for my business second number and for my personal number as well. I like this service as i can have both business and personal phone in a single device and manage without any hassel. i love the fact that i can use these numbers with Whatsapp and viber. The interface is simple and it provided me with a lot of features that i needed, especially IVR which helped me easily manage incoming calls. One thing they need to work on is their IOS app as it's sometime a bit glitchy. But i like the fact that their customer support is super responsive whenever i had some problems or questions.

Jul 28,2023Although they are young company, they have excellent customer service. And features like notes & tags has helped us greatly as work aren't halted when one of the team member is unavailable. I love DND mode , as I can take a break without any pinging or ringing from my device. But Krispcall mobile app definitely needs an upgrade . most of the features are mising out , it would be great if they could update asap.

Jul 27,2023KrispCall has really made a difference for our customer service team. Being able to record and listen in on calls gives me confidence that our agents are taking good care of customers. The note-taking feature is so handy too - agents can jot down specifics on each caller so they have that info handy for next time. This has led to way better, more personal service. Overall, KrispCall just makes customer support so much smoother with all its call tools and features.

Jul 26,2023I cancelled the subscription after not even a week and got a confirmation email to prove it. A month later I get charged again and after contacting their service team about it they said I cancelled too late and the subscription renewed. When I asked for their policy stating this, I did not receive an answer. I was able to prove everything and they wanted to give me a refund of 15$ - even though they deducted almost 35$ from my account. I then asked them to cancel my subscription (again) and I received the exact same email... I will contact my lawyer if they will charge me again!

Jul 21,2023I got Australia number within just one day. The support team was fantastic, ensuring a smooth process. However, sharing personal id via third party live chat felt uneasy. They should implement an in house system for that. Nonetheless, voice clarity is excellent and free UK number was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'm satisfied with krispcall.

Jul 21,2023I've been using Kriscall for over 6 months now, and here are my good and bad experience with Krispcall. Good: Really affordable pricing. I'm using 10 plus more US virtual numbers. Also, low credit charges for calling and SMS. They have pretty cheap pricing for both. Bad: Krispcall App can be unreliable. Sometimes, sending SMS not working at all. I think they are more focus on web version. However, support is helpful in addressing issues in realtime.

Jul 19,2023The service did not work as intended. Support wasn't at all helpful. While I was trying the service, they start you with 10 cents in calling credits, then encourage you to add more funds. There is no confirmation dialogue, so if you at all change the setting, you are charged immediately. Make sure you thoroughly test the service first ... because these additional funds are not at all refundable. This was a complete waste of money. Set up a google voice account, Google voice took way less time, and was no hassle, it just worked out of the box and exactly as intended.

Jul 18,2023Working with US organization is often difficult because their systems can't accept or dial international numbers. Krispcall helped me resolve this issue. Creating krispcall account was easy, and i received one US phone number for free. Now, I can manage easily all my calls and SMS from my browser and mobile app. The good thing is people in US don't know I'm calling from abroad.

Jul 16,2023So far this has been a great way to keep a consistent Canadian number while traveling. Very helpful for 2-step verification while abroad and other hurdles one may stumble upon when traveling without their usual home country cell number. With wifi or data, can be used for texts/calls anywhere in the world (with tiny usage charges for everything - incoming, outgoing, missed calls, etc).

Jul 12,2023I recently subscribed to the Essentail plan on KrispCall and received a free UK phone number. However, I encountered issue where the OTP didn't arrive in WhatsApp initially. After some time, I did receive the OTP. Overall, my experience with KrispCall.com has been mixed. While I appreciate the free UK phone number and the convenience it provides, I was disappointed that the OTP didn't arrive immediately in WhatsApp. It would have been helpful if KrispCall had consulted with me beforehand to inform me about any potential delays or issues with OTP delivery. Despite this setback, I found the customer service provided by KrispCall to be helpful.

Jul 31,2023I ported virtual numbers to Krispcall from callhippo due to their excellent pricing as compared to callhippo. Their broad virtual phone number coverage is excellent but porting process and number verification process time was inconvenient. I recommend krispcall for pricing but they need to improve porting time for smooth transitions.
