Jul 08,2023Extremely convenient to use, take calls and set up. Made my life easy in Canada when I was there for a month and did not want to buy a sim. All I had to do was set up the account and the app on my phone and it acted as a local number on my phone. Highly Recommend.

Jul 06,2023The first time I attempted to use KrispCall, I was a frustrated because I couldn't access my "test" calls (e.g., voicemail). Next, the chat support wasn't, initially, very helpful--this may have been because of the time of day, which was after normal business hours. BUT, and this is key, the representative suggested I set up a product demonstration/run-through with the sales team (even though I had already purchased the product). This was a game-changer, as the account executive (Sakshi Bhaukaje) efficiently took me through the entire system and answered my questions. AND, she immediately handled a technical issue on my side by contacting tech support and responding back to me with a solution within 24-hours. For me, at this point, this alone supports the 5-star rating. Based on my experience, take the product walk-through and get a full demonstration, FIRST. Doing so should help make your experience a smooth one. Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how the product performs in real-time.

Jun 23,2023We have been racking our brains out for a solution on how we could contact the customer while working remotely. Krispcall gave us the best solution! We can now easily contact our customers in Australia while we are working remotely here in PH. The good thing is, we also have our own AU number which helps our Australian customers determine easily that the number is from us and not just a random spam call. From the application up to now was actually easy. Kripcall agents have been very helpful with all our queries and concerns. Krispcall is also very easy to use.
