Avoid, my Dads alarm hasn’t been plugged in since 2021, I sent it back in 2022 and they have still been charging him. It’s taken three calls to sort it out. They just keep taking the money even when the alarm isn’t plugged and they know that. They don’t look at inactive systems they just keep taking the money. Despite the response from lifeconnect I am now two days down the line with no explanation, they have cancelled the service now but my Dad would like his money back. Edit Thank you for the reply, I would have hoped that if the system hadn’t been connected since 2021, you would have not taken money from an 80 years olds bank account. Edit again Thanks for changing your post, two minutes after I replied Edit again I have had this conversation several times with you already, I have no proof of postage as I sent it back in 2022. You have already emailed me to say that the account is now cancelled, is it or not ?
I was given good advice over the phone. The alarm was delivered the following day. All tests went smoothly when our sons were setting it up
I purchased on the 13th January. a digital alarm. Today I received a message from the company telling me that because the UK telephone system had now gone digital I needed to upgrade at a cost of £40 to enable me to have the cover I paid for less than five weeks ago. The fact that the UK telephone system has been common knowledge for some time. By not telling me of the need to upgrade when I purchased my subscription the company effectively sold me a product not fit for a purpose. After complaining the £40.00 fee has been waived, I hope that any would be purchaser takes note of my experience.

I just wanted to say what a great experience I have had with Jeanette in setting up a Lifeline Alarm for my Mum. From the initial enquiry to finalising the set up of the Alarm all communications have been timely and I have been fully informed of all options and no question has been left unanswered. This is so reassuring in purchasing the right Alarm for my Mum who lives in a rural location. Jeanette was a pleasure to speak with and so very kind, patient and has an excellent knowledge of the service.

Today I spoke with Carrie and we ordered personal alarm for my elderly mother. From beginning to end we were fully informed every step of the way and no question was a question too many. Carrie was a pleasure to speak with. I would say an exemplary member of your team. Please make sure you look after good staff and especially Carrie. I cannot speak highly enough.
I set the system up for a neighbour who is not online. This meant coming home to complete the form. However, I needed to go back to Betty for certain details, it would have been helpful to know what the questions were on page two before I completed the form. All staff were kind and helpful. Shame it takes a wait for customer service - but I understand why...
I would like to say a big thank you to Josh,for his professional way he helped me make the right choice for my alarm, he was so helpful with his advice ,it made my decision much easier, he must be a great asset to your team.
I spoke to Natasha to order a new pendant for my mum. She was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. An absolute asset to your company, if only more people were like Natasha!!!
I am an 87 years old veteran, living alone. I have a secure feeling when I am in my workshop,garden or doing household chores, to know that help is at hand at the press of a button if I need assistance. Very pleasant and helpful staff when checking the unit is working.
The customer service has been outstanding. From the moment I called through to receiving and setting up the alarm for my Mum. Carrie went over and above and even Whatsappd me after our call and proactively helped with arranging a call for the following day. Carrie is an asset to your team and the customer service I have received has been brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Carrie was also very understanding about my Mum's situation which honestly meant so much

Very responsive when my mother had to call for help. As I wasn’t close enough I asked them to call a neighbour who was on the emergency list which they did instantly. Very reasuring to know they are always there. My mother has unfortunately had to use them several times and they have always been professional and caring.

As I have still, luckily, not had to ring in an emergency I cannot answer for that ... but when I check in your staff are always very pleasant. The chap who helped me set up the new digital box was v. kind and patient.
