Being not technically minded I had to ring for assistance in placing my order. A gentleman named Josh answered and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He explained everything in a clear and understandable way. The alarm arrived the next day and was easy to install. However, once the check that the pendant was working went through I hung up by pressing the red button! Next thing a lady answered to see if I was OK! Told you I wasn’t technically minded!
Excellent customer service. I mean EXCELLENT!. Firstly in helping me choose the correct personal alarm, then in assisting with its set up (it was very straightforward but so straightforward I think we were overcomplicating it. Literally it just needed plugging in). Then after my elderly father decided to live with me and we wanted to return the alarm and they were fine. But the thing which prompted my review was this. The Royal Mail made a complete hash of returning the item (essentially they temporarily misplaced it). By the time it is returned to Lifeconnect24 it will be outside the 30 day refund period. Lifeconnect24 could have made an issue of this. Instead they made a note on the system to the effect that it wasn’t our fault and agreed to the refund. This kind of customer service is unusual in this day and age and frankly I have been very impressed with them. (Btw their alarm was very good too. We accidentally set it off a couple of times and they always responded quickly).

I have been a LifeConnect member for several years and have consistently had positive experiences with their services. Today, I encountered a minor issue with my equipment and contacted their support line. A representative named Sue promptly addressed the problem and resolved it efficiently. I am highly satisfied with the prompt and effective assistance provided by LifeConnect and would like to express my gratitude to Sue for her exceptional service.
Mum had the Lifeline pendant for several years. It gave a great deal of peace of mind. On the couple of occasions that she had to use it, they were excellent. Thank you.
Seemingly a small detail, but I wanted to change the configuration of the cord around the neck which carries the button. ( i have two such buttons). The popper-joint was annoying my neck when wearing a heavy topcoat. I explained that I had (eventually) unpicked the glue on the knot, and moved the popper southwards. James and Ally at Lifeconnect were on the case pronto, and within a couple of days new cords arrived, black ones, much softer, with smoother popper and easily adjustable to move the joint southward, much more comfortable, many thanks indeed. Worked well until I added fall detector then experienced a number of false alarms. On two occasions I did fall and it never went off.
My contact was David and he was very helpful with clear instructions how to return my dads equipment. While dad was using the equipment it helped several times before nasty incidents got out of control I would like to recommend this service.
Sam provided a brilliant service with humour and professionalism, he was extremely polite and the made experience very easy and painless.

Dealing with David was great when I needed to close our account as mum was moving into a care home. Quick & easy and very helpful. Lift Connect was recommended to me and I will recommend it to others.
I am so pleased to know that mum has this service in operation at her home. The peace of mind it gives me is worth its weight in gold - truly. Since mum herself took a nasty fall a year or so ago she also says she feels so much safer since I got this for her. We are now into our second year and this is now a must have. Anyone that is not totally safe alone should get this.
We had changed to BT digital and the alarm wouldn’t work, I called the tech department and spoke to Wayne, but I wasn’t sure where a part was, when my husband came home we started again and contacted Wayne who was extremely busy, the problem was solved and tested to be working 100%. Wayne is obviously excellent at his job and despite him being so busy he took the time to make sure we were happy with the system. Excellent service.
I joined in 2017 and service has been fine. I lost the alarm fob in March 24 and I ordered a replacement for £49. Before the new one arrived, I found the old one. I contacted the company and was told a refund would be requested. I returned the new fob, package unopened. The new fob was received back by Lifeconnect24 but no refund was received. I contacted the company and was told that a refund is against company policy and that refund requested is not the same as refund guaranteed. After posting a review with a score of 1 out of 5, I was contacted by the company who are now offering a full refund. But this is a special case and this is not company policy. I await the refund next week.
