We used lifeconnect24 to provide an alarm for my elderly mother. The alarm was used on several occasions with the call centre staff being consistently reliable. Also, the account administration (main contact was David) was accurate all the way to closing the account when it was no longer needed.
Do not touch this company total rip off merchants we had to get a lifeline for my dad that had a fall at the end of January 2024 ,he had been hospitalised for a week due to having to prepare his home with a key safe, care package and a life line, the hospital made it clear they wanted all this criteria put into place before they would allow him to be discharged due to him being 86 and living alone. My dad never wanted the lifeline but we had no other option, he paid the annual subscription in one go as didn’t want to set up a direct debit. The lifeline came and sadly on the 9th March 2024 my dad passed away. We contacted Life Connect 24 to inform of the news my father had passed away, they were only interested in getting the equipment back as soon as possible, which we did at our own expense. We placed a letter in with the parcel to request a refund for the months my father had not used the lifeline. We had received no response so rang the customer service line to request the refund, only to be told in no uncertain terms and a completely unprofessional manner ,that they could only do a refund within 30 days of the lifeline being received by my father. They also stated that you can request somebody else to have the lifeline instead but we were out of the 30 day period. This is a company who are praying on vulnerable elderly people and have absolutely no compassion what so ever. My late dad has been taken advantage of financially by this company for a lifeline he didn’t even want in the first place. Please make sure you read the reviews as I unfortunately hadn’t this company has no morals I didn’t want to even leave one star. I will be contacting the Ombudsman and taking legal advise as this shouldn’t be allowed to happen to vulnerable elderly people. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I had to source a wrist band alarm for my elderly Mother who fell recently. Although the kit doesn't arrive until tomorrow I would like to thank Shivaun who answered my endless questions so I could work out what Mum needed. Her knowledge was amazing and so helpful and I hope this will put my families mind at rest as we are all so worried about Mum, who won't consider moving house! Thank you Shivaun.

I just organised my Mums personal alarm by phone with Jos. He was extremely helpful, explained everything and took his time explaining everything to my elderly mum. I wasn't expecting it to go as smoothly. I'm very impressed indeed.
Our mother had numerous falls while she was living at home but Lifeconnect responded quickly every time. It certainly allowed her to remain in her home for longer and gave us peace of mind.

Provided peace of mind for the family as my aunt lives alone and proved essential when needed. LifeConnect were very helpful about returning equipment when my aunt went into residential care.
Setting up a Lifeline24 personal alarm for a family member was straightforward. We spoke to the extremely helpful & patient Drew & during our call we weren't rushed & were able to ask a number of questions about the kit - ie. will it be connected via landline or mobile phone (needed this info as bad mobile connection due to thick walls in the property where it will be situated). This kit is due to be received within 24 hours of our call. It seems that it is a very simple unit to set up (sort of plug & play) 10/10 for this company & staff!!
The service provided has always been first class and the staff very friendly and attentive. Only disappointment when cancelling service was there is no refund for unused months!
Harry helped me through the process in a sensitive, caring manner. He explained the alarm carefully and reassured me that it would be simple to use.

I raised the order at 17.30 on Friday afternoon and received the order the following morning at 11.30! Amazing service! Thank you Drew for a great experience! Well done!
