I have used Lifeconnect since 2018 a first class service which as a family we wouldn’t be without. We have used the service many times over the years and have always received the help we have needed. All the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all compassionate in your time of need. You are never made to feel you are wasting anyone’s time even when it is a false alarm. That’s what makes Lifeconnect so special. My last contact was with Cheryl, who couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding, thank you Cheryl and indeed ALL THE TEAM
Incredibly disappointed by bereavement service provided by Lifeconnect24. I called yesterday to inform them that my mother had passed away. The man who answered the phone sounded flustered as though he'd just got out of bed. I was then called back by the bereavement team today. They were quite pushy in trying to get me to transfer my mum's account to a friend or family member who might need their service (I explained that I was not going to tout for business for them whilst I am grieving). I asked for a refund for the final month of my mum's annual direct debit and they said no. They also said that they wouldn't have provided a refund even if my mum had used one month of her annual subscription which seems particularly cold and unreasonable. The only thing they could do was transfer the subscription to someone else. They were also pushy about me sending back their equipment ASAP even though my mum is still paying for it for another month. I then asked them to cancel the annual payment due to come out of my mum's account via direct debit in April. They said that they would not do that and that I needed to contact the bank (I have never encountered a company that will not do this on their end for a bereavement). I asked if they would cancel the payment and close my mum's account if she hadn't died but just wanted to cancel the service and they said they would. Given that this company provide a service to vulnerable people I am incredibly shocked by this awful customer service. The service itself was fine but the bereavement team are one of the worst I have encountered.
Helpful and explained information and answered any questions. An easy decision to go ahead as service will give peace of mind for my mums safety.
I spoke with Mathilda and she was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease over the importance of having the device. I had a nasty fall and was badly bruised and sprained my wrist so after that experience I know the value of having the alarm.
My Mother is extremely independent but at the same time is vulnerable. We have found Lifeconnect24 to be a most useful tool and has on several occasions provided the ability for her to summon help when injured and alone in her property. Invaluable in the circumstances so for me it gave both my Mother and I the confidence for her to continue in her home which was what she wanted. The team at Lifeconnect24 have over the years been friendly and professional; their devices have been robust and reliable. This is a company whom I would recommend to anyone who is vulnerable and be confident that they would be delighted with the product and professional way in which they are treated.
Mum has had a pendant from Lifeconnect24 since my dad died 8 years ago. It has been a genuine lifesaver on more than one occasion, allowing her to call for help when she has fallen over, slipping down her bed and getting stuck and feeling unwell and needing help.

I have ordered a personal alarm for my elderly mother, I was very impressed with how my enquiry was dealt with, which subsequently led to me placing the alarm order with Lifeconnect24.
We are in the fortunate position that we do not need to renew Lifeconnect this year; as mum’s health issues have improved. I spoke with Cheryl, who was friendly and informative. There was no sales pressure to renew. For this reason, if I ever need such a service again, I will return straight to Lifeconnect.
How some issues with setting it up online so had to phone customer services. Spoke to a lady named Siobhan and she was really helpful and very patient with my relative, who is Polish and English is his second language. Siobhan was very professional and gave him time to reply to any questions she was asking him. Excellent service.
BEWARE - ALL the prices are exVAT so go up by 20% when u check out. And free setup is not setup. This contravenes the The UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) which states that consumer good MUST always be incVAT. Also, While the website says "Free Next Day Setup", it doesnt mean free next day setup. It means next day delivery. To set it up after you receive it (commonly called setup) you need to pair the wristband in order to use it (which of course my mother of 95 will not be able to do and i cant becasue i live 200 miles away.). Having pointed out their website is at best misleading, at worst lying, the "suppport" rep insists it comes already setup and ready to use, "you just need to pair it"!!! HORRIBLE Setup Experience. Got their unit today and tried to set it up. Horrendous experience. I also found out that when they told me the wrist fob would need to be paired by my mother (me), that was not true. Customer service number puts you through to sales (without telling u), delayed audio and more. I have all the calls recorded. Also, beware companies that reply to these reviews by asking you to contact them, when they already have your contact details... Then they confirm they have my email address, but still tell me to call their phone!!!
Please be warned that this company is more concerned with financial revenue than it is about care. We opted for this unit as it initially seemed to fit our needs. However, it was clear that the equipment was not fit for purpose. We paid extra for the fail-detection option. This worked, but every time my mother walked anywhere, it would dial, thus reporting a false fail. We ended up turning this option off. The range is only a few meters, not the whole house. So, after writing this off, we looked for another option and called to tell them we no longer wanted the equipment. We found a better solution, then 4 months later, £404 was deducted from my account as an auto-renew process. When I said that was unauthorised and the equipment was unplugged, I was told I now have to wait for an investigation to obtain a refund.This investigation could take up to 3 weeks due to a backlog. Customer service is now nowhere to be seen, i asked to talk to a member of the complaints team and was told that they all work from home and would contact me. A wee has now passed with no correspondence. I am not having to get my bank to investigate the transaction.
Lifeconnect24 weren’t just a lifeline for my mother-in-law but also for the whole family in that they gave us peace of mind while a very independent old lady insisted on staying put in her own home. We can’t thank them enough for the service they have provided prior to her going into residential care.
Lifeconnect24, was the third company I contacted, and definitely,the best. I got to speak to a guy named Harry, who ready knew his stuff. He was lovely and explained everything in detail to me. I had to nip out, so he called me back later in the day, which really helped me. 5 Stars to the company and definitely 5 Stars to Harry, thank you for making this all so easy.

Can’t praise the staff enough. Just had a very pleasant and informative phone conversation with Cheryl explaining the different types of equipment on offer as my mother’s phone line is changing to VOIP. We have used the service for several years and have been very pleased with the quick response in solving any problems.
The white "pinch" to call pendant seems to have difficulty in charging properly I have had 4 of these now within a 2 year period and the charging goes to green light very quicky indicating full charge when it is not fully charged at all. The battery command voice says the battery is excellent then a few hours later says the battery needs charging when you press the button to check. Not something I feel I could trust when having to go out. Life connect24 therefore did upgrade me to the latest blue pendant which will hopefully do better subject to thorough testing when my mother is out of hospital.
