The lifeline provided complete reassurance for us as Dad became increasingly frail. When he fell one day, we were alerted straight away and could attend to Dad. Unfortunately now he is in a care home so no longer needs it but the staff were really helpful and arranged for me to send back the pendant etc.
Bought for use by my mum. She used it and as I was unavailable at the time a paramedic service was called promptly. She has had a fall. Unfortunately mum now has had to move into nursing care. Return of pendant and box was handled professionally and courteously by David. Would recommend for peace of mind. Particularly when there is only one person responsible for their parent(s) welfare.
After a rocky journey we now have a working personal alarm with fall detection pendant. Initial contact with LifeConnect24 sales was positive and informative. The alarm kit arrived as promised. On installation the unit failed to work, further, the team at LifeConnect could not find our customer record. Once traced the customer services team arranged for the technical team to call us. In the end we had to call the technical team, on more than one occasion. They decided the unit was faulty and would replace. New unit arrived. This time the base unit worked but the ‘trigger’ pendant didn’t! Thankfully we could utilise the pendant supplied earlier, and complete the set up. The system (faulty components apart) is easy to set up and the back up from the emergency response team is excellent. The customer service and technical teams (with two notable individual exceptions) didn’t cover themselves with glory however. I think our experience is just one of those things, down to bad luck. Every supplier sometimes gets let down by product technical failure. We’re confident of plain sailing from now on.
Today I received my new pendant sent to replace my present one that does not appear to hold its charge. Unfortunately there appears to be a fault as despite numerous efforts to activate it would not connect. Rang office and Sue was brilliant....took me through all the stages to activate...Patient, caring, kinked and so easy to deal with....clear instructions Despite all efforts the pendant wouldn't activate. Back to using " old " pendant but a BIG THANK YOU for help given. Have always received excellent service and have great confidence in the Company
Shivaun was very polite and patient with all my questions. She explained the options and how to set up the system. The package arrived as promised today.
Angie was really help and proactive helping me to return my mum’s equipment now she no longer needs it as she has moved to a carehome. Whilst she had it at home it was such a reassurance and whenever she used it the service was invaluable. Thank you
it was so easy to speak with operator and set up my account, i have not got the alarm but i hope it is as good as your web site says.
We were having technical problems with the new digital lifeline but Sue at customer services spent a long evening helping us getting the machine working. She was so kind and patient and we would really like to thank her for her excellent service.
I recently lost my alarm and I was really worried. A lovely lady called Kathy helped me and I received my new one this morning. She went out of her way to put me at ease and we ended up laughing. I was very grateful.
The agent took time to explain in detail the functionality of the product I was purchasing. He also took time to explain the various payment options available to me.
Cathy was and is a credit to lifeline. Cathy helped sort out an upgraded unit. The old one was fine but needed a phone line and ours had failed. Roll on the new WiFi version with backup SIM. I can't thank Cathy enough as she knew the products and how they can help. Big thanks and if I could huge hug.
Its a good system...take my word for it. Tunstall Telecom are the technology firm behind the product and they are very good. I visited their factory near Doncaster way back in 1991 to sell them something or other and they were making early versions of this kind of product then and I was impressed with the tech and factory and now we have 30 yrs of further refinement so this company made a good choice in my view. Now my dad needs a system living on his own, and this is perfect. I dont think there is better value than the annual cost option and the wrist sensor is definitely the one to go for. Yes its a really good value system to give your elderly relative. And the guys on the end of the line are as good as gold with their info and help. My customer service helper was Samuel and he gets top marks for help and guidance.
on the occasions that assistance was required the service by the alarm company was top class. Prompt and efficient. On one occasion the operator made a follow up phone call to inform us that the ambulance that they had called was on the way. We would have continued with the service but my mother has now gone into a care home.
My dad has an alarm with this company and my parents have recently moved over to a full fibre connection so have lost their 'traditional' phone line. It turns out that not all full fibre broadband providers are compatible with the alarm and after being passed about by the broadband and VOIP providers I spoke to Lifeline who were able to identify the problem and within 24 hours had sent my dad a new updated alarm. I can't fault their service and Wayne (surname unknown) from the tech department was particularly helpful. Thanks

I called today for information and am happy with details and how easy it is to get set up. Quick and easy to arrange delivery and how to set it up. I will follow up once I have asked the client . Service was very good
I rang to find out more information about a personal wrist alarm for my mum. I spoke to Siobhan, who was very helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to tell me everything I needed to know. We tested the equipment and the responders were excellent. My mum is now set up which gives both her and our family peace of mind. Thank you.
This is an excellent system and service which offered great support to my elderly auntie when she needed to use it. Having it installed helped her to feel a lot safer and more secure and gave us, her family, peace of mind. I highly recommend. Unfortunately, having moved to residential care she no longer needs the alarm system. I called Lifeconnect24 to notify them and to cancel the service. I spoke with Samuel. He was polite, friendly and understanding. He gave clear instructions on how to return the equipment and assured me that he would cancel the service and payment arrangements immediately. This was a very straightforward process handled efficiently and empathetically. Thank you Samuel.
Lots of good introductory information and I felt confident that I’d chosen the right system for my concern and that it would give me more confidence. Shivon was very clear and helpful, a good ambassador for the product. Looking forward to getting it up and running.
