Today I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman called Harry . I just wanted to upgrade the system we had in place for my mum to the fall detection one . Harry talked me through everything and within minutes it was all sorted ,no fuss at all . Unfortunately though the pendant was quite big compared to the other one , round the neck it was quite clumsy and as my mother is quite a petite lady it absolutely drowned her wrist , I’m quite large and it was even big on me . We have had to go back to the old system because of this which is such a shame as for peace of mind I would have preferred the falls detection one . Maybe it’s something Lifeconnect 24 can look into as not all elderly woman can comfortably wear such a big wrist fob .

We pay for this wonderful service for my dad who has dementia, the staff are lovely if there's a problem we just ring up and it's sorted I spoke with sue this evening on the phone she told me everything I needed to know and was friendly and professional highly recommend this company 5*
I needed a lifeline for a friend who lives alone and had had a fall resulting in a trip to hospital. Spoke to Drew who was very friendly and informative about the product. Explained everything to me and how easy it was to put in place in her home and it would be delivered the next day brilliant. Cannot fault this company.
I've subscribed to this service on behalf of my mum for some years now, but sadly the time has come for my mum to move into a nursing home. I'm so grateful to the wonderful people at Lifeconnect24 for enabling her to stay independent for so long by giving her and our family the confidence and security provided by their excellent, easy to use and reasonably-priced products. The call centre staff are so skilled, professional and kind, and I'd like to give a special mention to Sue who helped me to understand the cancellation process in such a kind and patient way.

Truly a lifeline - these wonderful people have ensured my 95 year old Mother can stay at home -where she is happiest. I live over 250 miles away and know that should she need someone (and she has) help is the press of a button away - peace of mind for us both. I spoke to Wayne today regarding an enquiry and he was simply amazing, so kind, so patient, thorough and helpful, he went above and beyond and because of him,the team and the service I would give 10 stars if possible. They are extremely helpful and patient any time I raise a question.Only thing I fault is not being able to increase the range of situations that alarm operates. I consider that if it operated a local alarm when a person rose from bed it would be invaluable..
Very friendly and helpful responders. Equipment is more than just fit for purpose. Speed, two-way volume and design are all first class. Testing and updating are never an issue. Excellent service.

At the begining of each month I make a test call. Always answered quickly and politely and system then re-set by Lifeconnect shortly after call completed.
LifeConnect24 is an excellent service. The system is simple to use and works faultlessly. Team members are unfailingly polite, and well-trained in being patient and helpful with someone who is perhaps confused or hard of hearing. It is very reassuring for me and my mother to know that help is always at hand.
My wife was home alone and pressed the button after she fell and was unable to get up. Myself and neighbours were contacted and help arrived quickly. Thank you for the efficiency and courtesy shown throughout.
I’m 92 & I fell & broke my hip recently & thanks to my lifeline I was taken to hospital promptly. I wouldn’t be without it
The high standard of service provided gave us full confidence. When my mother pressed her alarm the response was immediate and if my mother didn’t respond they quickly contacted myself. Although my mother has sadly passed away the service provided addressed all our concerns. Thank you for everything
