Extremely please with the service and the hearing aids. My ENT Doctor along with his Audiologist think I did the RIGHT THING - and so do I. VERY PLEASED.

Constant feed back on my unit. Can not use in crowed room because of it.
Took hearing aids to local store for adjustments. They confirmed that the hearing aids are good quality. Both hearing aids have severe static and are of no use to me. I am still paying for them. I wonder why. Batteries for life is 4 batteries per month. The batteries seem to last about 3 days before going dead. So the batteries for life last about 1/2 month, well, i guess that's what I should expect.
I never purchased the hearing aide, didn't wk for me, I unfortunately lost one so returned they actomatic, debited mu HSA card on file eith them i had no knowledge of the charges until several months later over 900.00 i paid for a worthless product!! Never Again
Takes a while to get use to them but for the quality they cant be beat and the price is right.

My husband has seldom used them. But when he does they help a lot. Whenever I call listen clear they are very helpful. I would recommend them to others.
Too expensive, don't work that well. Customer service is good, however.
First few weeks they worked fine. Then there were issues with the hearing aids. They wouldn't work. Sent them back took a while to get them back, when they finally arrived had issues again. Have not used them in over a year.

Not everything was as told when purchasing. Was supposed to get free batteries for life however they didn't way I had to pay postage that made it about the same as purchasing locally. Wasn't told about deductible on insurance. Have asked for statements and didn't receive.

Terrible experience. Received wrong product twice, had to call multiple times and escalate to management just to get them shipped. Once I was told that no one could help me because they were all busy eating their holiday party meal. Customer service is unprofessional and many times rude. Sales wanted nothing to do with assisting after the agreement to purchase, they just beeline you to customer service where it's a complete mess. They couldn't even provide a return label accurately. The product that is supposed to be inner ear, called Shadows, are way too big to fit into the average person's ear.
They cold called me. Told me I did not need a hearing test and that hearing tests are a way for doctors to make money!!!! What if you just are plugged with earwax? What if you have something medically wrong that needs to be fixed rather than wear hearing aids. NOT REPUTABLE! This is a company that won't be around very long!
For several Months Now I keep getting PHONE CALL after PHONE CALL from this Company . Ive been polite and asked to be removed This has happened EVERYTIME IVE MADE CONTACT WITH A HUMAN AFTER THAT FAKE COMPUTER CHICK BS AND JORDAN OR JOE Hangs up on me and then calls back an hour or so later and Plays Dumb and Hangs up once again SOOOOOOOOO WHAT SHALL I DO CONTACT THE "BBB" OR FIND A WAY TO GET YOU TO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST LIKE REVIEWS ON EVERYSITE I CAN FIND - Back to proper typing How many times in How many ways do I have to get you to STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP. This Company called my number which is on the DNC list 4 - 5 times from 4 - 5 different numbers, within the span of 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous and illegal. After staying on the line I got enough information about this company to find out about them and will be filing an FCC complaint later today. For people looking for hearing product, the above behaviour should be clear to you that this is NOT a legitimate company, this is NOT a legal business. Be careful and do not trust them, go some where else where you're likely to receive legitimate support and business. A legitimate company does not have to use illegal telemarketing tactics.
We are now in Vietnam on a church mission. my wife's aids are getting worse by the week. Her hearing has gotten so bad it is like before she started using the Listen Clear. We are seriously considering sending them back and stopping our payments. They are not as advertised!!!!!! She would be willing to try a new set of aids to see if they work better. Following many weeks of elevating my complaint I was finally allowed to purchase only the hearing aid that I needed for the left ear & now after receiving my left hearing aid in the mail following a re-programming of 20% increased reduction in background noise my hearing aid does not work at all with the one battery they sent. I called in today, December 7 and they told me to go buy another battery and see if that helps. I am now further inconvenienced and now if the new battery doesn't work I will be requesting a UPS label so I can mail this one back and hopefully get one that works! My payments have already started I have nothing.

Mar 15,2019I have not been very happy with my hearing aids. Never wear them as I always have a noise that sounds like wind blowing in my ears. I’ve changed out everything that I was told to do, still no good.
