I acted in good faith by ordering the hearing aid, however; as soon as I Voice my concern, you failed to address it.
45 day trial starts when listen clear shows product arrived not when customer calls in to get start-up instructions. small, hard to handle. multiple tech support instructions difficult. tracking of calls done by incoming phone number and not cross refrenced to customer name and cannot be researched when there are two contact numbers (cell). returns are difficult and refunds almost impossible. we had a bad set of aids, and bad batteries. would not recommend these products.

With a family history of hearing loss, It amazes me how well my hearing devices work! I am ready to have my Mom get a pair and try them out, as well as my daughter, who is only 17, but has a hearing deficit affecting her school learning. So far so good with my own set and very worth the great price! Cheaper than other hearing aides but work Fantastic! Thank you!
I can't believe how well these work. My friends didn't know i was wearing them. So far i had 1 friend notice them. I referred her to your phone number as she wanted to use mine. I love my new hearing aids .
Friendly customer care representatives but the accounting is a mess. Charged my parents card and mine multiple times for a single charge.
Because the device is so small the portion that holds the battery can actually break off
Cannot get to speak to my sale personal sale representive. I have left 4 messages and yet no replies. Today I spoke to a customer service rep. and she looked into my problem and are correctiing it today. Keeping my fingers crossed.
The people I talked to were well informed and very helpful
It works really good. My only problem is that it seems to go through batteries too fast. I do like they told me to do and open the battery compartment to expose the battery when not in use, but it still seems to need a new battery every two weeks.
I was reluctant to purchase hearing aids with out a doctor. I found the customer service rep very helpful. He always was the person that I connected with when I had questions or problems & he understood where I was coming from.
Very excellent product, I will recommend them to anyone. But product service needs improvement.
People were super nice and extremely helpful. The products were sent out right away and they were great quality and worked wonderfully. It is great to hear clearly again!!
I want to return it have called numerous times. It was a 45 day free trial, they neglected to say that you just plain can't return it. Billing doesn't call me, going to contest it on my VISA. Not good. Checked all paperwork, there isn't one spot that says anything about having to keep this. I didn't use it, they said there is a restocking fee, I say okay, then nobody calls. I am going to report them to the BBB and VISA, I also have no idea why you sent this email to somebody named Robert. Obviously this information is incorrect as well.

I can't here what people are saying clear and loud enough. Even what ï put the volume up. It hurt my ear and make static noise
I wear them instead of my more expensive ones.

Nov 30,2016Doesn't work well. Nothing but noise. Batteries don't last. No support, I talked to one person bad connection sounded like children screaming in the background. I asked for a call back to get a better connection. Seems like a scam. I am contacting the consumer safety council.
