Product is somewhat helpful BUT do not last. I have had problems with left one after first two weeks. On phone calls I requested more info and how to return, no results. Ear buds have come off several times inside my ear canal, not easy to remove. After several requests I have received no contract only unprofessional invoices. I have had my bank stop all payments to them. I would advise everyone to avoid this company!!

I was fortunate to work w/ Dan of "Listen Clear", Dan was clearly trained well on the operation of my hearing aid. (NOT a HEARING AMPLIFIER)Every concern I had was addressed promptly. The only negative thing I have to say is, I wasn't able to shake Dan's hand and thank him. I now enjoy conversing in group situations as well as a simple conversation while watching TV
Great, but not quite as strong and clear as expected, batteries don't last for a long time while in daily use so I have to use it part time during the day and evening.
The hearing aids work better than any I have used including those costing many times more. I was promised batteries for life but haven't heard about how to get those

Returned my hearing aids in early August and was told the guarantee period was expired but Listenclear agreed to reprogram them There was no action or response for several weeks. I called again on Thursday, Sept 8 and was told they could not be located - the agent said she would check with the techs and would call me back the next day. - Nothing yet, although my credit card has been charged twice so far.
After years of working on Jet aircraft, My hearing was so bad it was driving my wife crazy having to repeat even simple phrases 3 and 4 times until I could understand. With the Obama economy having devastated my income I was also short on cash. Then I heard the listen clear commercial on my car radio. I said, I owe it to my wife to at least try it. They have exceeded my highest expectations. I love the remote control,I turn it down for loud music in church or concerts and up for quiet time with my wife and friends. You will not be disappointed. #AmazingDocGreeneShow .
Great product but battery life could be better. The battery last about a week or less. I ordered my battery replacement which are free but it's been 2 weeks and still have not received them yet therefore I'm not able to enjoy my device.
everything promised has been delivered. Happy with my new hearing aids.
Everyone should try them
After trying many hearing aids from various manufacturers, I didn't believe these would work. I decided to try them since the price was acceptable. I am amazed they worked that well and kept them. Would recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids at a comfortable price.
I have been trying for get hearing aids for my husband for almost 4 years, the cost of them are so expensive. During these past years I have reached out to several organizations to get help purchasing them. It was to no avail. I had almost given up in ever getting them, then one Sunday morning, going through the Sunday paper I saw this advertisement for Listen Clear. So I called the number, and thinking this can't be real, was totally amazed that what the advertisement was true to their word. I ordered the 45 day trial and have not disappointed and was truly awed by their price and the payment plan they offered. I whole hearted would recommend purchasing your hearing aids from Listen Clear. The agents working there are the most pleasant and courteous people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are an awesome group of guys and girls. Thank you Listen Clear.
I purchased a unit from Listenclear back in May of this year (2016) by force as I will get into in a little bit. I want to start at the beginning so you can get an idea of what the entire experience was like from my perspective. The telemarketing individual that answered my call was not listening to anything I had to say about my hearing problem but was more focused on selling this product. This was very evident in his programmed responses to my concerns. I told him that I had difficulty hearing in the frequency of where people speak at as well as crowded rooms or areas with a lot of background noise. I further said that the problem was in my right ear and not with both ears. What was his response? "Sounds to me like you have a problem hearing in the higher registers of sound and that you need something to help you with that." This is not an exact quote but close to what I remember. He then after some discussion started to write up the order. He told me that we were being recorded and how this was all legally binding. He then proceeded to quote prices that were twice as much as what it should have been. Had I not stopped him, he would have sent me a set of hearing aids for both ears and charged me accordingly. I made him start all over again with the proper quotes and the correct number of hearing aids. I should have just stop the whole transaction right there, but I was hoping that the device would work for me. I should mention that part of the legal jargon that was "explained" to me was how the Free Trial worked, return dates and so forth. In a couple of weeks I received my hearing aid. I was excited to try it. I put the battery in and turned it on. To my disappointment, it amplified all the high frequencies so that things like scratching and other annoying sounds were what I was experiencing. I left it in and tried some of the different modes that it had in the device. I watched TV, I listened to music. Again, the high frequencies came through making it irritating rather than better. I finally took it out of my ear because it was not only not helping my hearing, but I thought it was uncomfortable. So I knew there was only one thing to do, return it. I guess this is where it gets interesting from a (dis)service perspective. I called up to see how to return it and was told that I had to wait until a certain date and that the final date was the 4th of July. I put a date in my calendar about a week before the final date to contact Listenclear again so I could arrange for return. Well, unfortunately for me I got busy and missed my calendar date. I remembered on the 4th, oh yeah, I better get hold of them first thing tomorrow since I thought they would be closed for the holiday. So I called them first thing in the morning to make arrangements to return it. SORRY YOU'RE PAST THE FINAL DATE FOR RETURN. No matter what I said, screaming and yelling they refused to take it back. I told them that I'll return it anyway and place a stop on the credit card. Well they basically told me that they would exercise their legal rights because they have it all recorded what was in the conversation. So I guess it's all my fault because I'm the customer who didn't listen or take heed to exact dates and if you can take advantage of your legal rights as a company to make a sale, than do whatever it takes because I am just a customer. I actually have friends that have hearing difficulty but this customer will not recommend or refer others to Listenclear until they learn how to handle people as customers instead of sales opportunities.
Product was very okay. Unfortunately for me they didn't work. The in ear receiver sat to far down into my ear and hurt. Something I gave the opportunity to get used to but was just too much. Great that the company honored their advertising and let me return within the free trial period. Based upon my experience I would still recommend them to anyone whom is looking for hearing aids. Price is great and sound is good.
Even though I did not purchase the hearing aids from Listen Clear, my experience with them was really good. They were very personable and willing to help me in any way they could. They upgraded the hearing aids I was trying out to meet my recent hearing tests. Unfortunately, I could not hear any better with the Listen Clear product than the ones I currently have. Can't blame that on Listen Clear!
Despite promises never to charge my card unless and until I specifically expressed willingness to retain listen clear product, this never happened, and silence remains the situation. I wish to return these hearing aids, but Listen Clear remains silent despite their early promise, making me press the card company for fraudulent charge. This is an awful experience and not yet resolved.
I received my hearing aids on July 2, 2016, within 3-4 days the right one quit working, within one week the left one quit working. Both were returned per your customer service. You replaced the microphones and returned to me. Two weeks later the left one went dead again, I spoke to Tim Ward and he promised to replace these aides with a pair from your Select Model, but I have never received these hearing aids. I am left with nothing but empty promises from your staff.
