Jan 27,2021Outstanding service from start to finish. Very thorough testing and honest appraisal of the risks and potential rewards. The treatment itself is very quick and the results are instantaneous. A few ups and downs over the following few months as your eyes become accustomed to the balanced view but after many years of wearing glasses, I now no longer have to do so. Sport is also much easier as my long distance is now near perfect. London Vision Clinic are extremely professional and organised and nothing is too much trouble. It is a worrying thought to have your eyes under a laser but I am very happy that I did so and have no regrets whatsoever......

Jan 25,2021Laser eye surgery is something I have been researching about for years and years. I was certain that I go to a well-known eye specialist as eyes play an essential part in everyday life and I didn’t want to take a risk. After years of researching, I came across Professor Dan Reinstein interviews on Youtube, after watching he’s explanation and video of him performing the SMILE surgery. It gave me great confidence to book in my consultation. Sharon was my optician who was able to answer all my questions patiently and informatively. The receptionists and coordinator were very welcoming and friendly, kept me informed at all times. If I have to pick one con, that will be when I couldn’t bring someone with me on the surgery day due to COVID restriction but the whole process was very pleasant, and I was well looked after. LVC equipped me with aftercare package and now I’m going in for regular check-ups.I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire LVC team.

Jan 23,202110/10 on all levels: ahead of the procedure, during and afterwards; 100% professional and friendly. The procedure itself is really easy and does not hurt one bit. All you see is some flashing lights. And it's very short, perhaps 5min in total. Mine was done mid-morning and in the evening I could already watch TV. Back to work (well, home office) the very next day. I'm recommending LoVC to all friends and family.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful and they really made me feel calm throughout the whole process. My laser eye surgery was preformed by Mr Glenn Carp who was absolutely wonderful. He answered all the questions that were concerning me regarding the surgery and really made me feel relaxed about the whole procedure. This whole experience has been life changing. I wish I got this done years ago!

After being turned down by every other clinic for laser eye surgery since I had a high prescription, LVC were able to provide me with tailored treatment. I was well informed throughout the process and I was made to feel at ease on the day of my surgery. The surgery itself was quick and painless. Jan 21,2021In September 2020 I have my eyes lasered at the London Vision Clinic. I was apprehensive about the whole procedure, but from my first appointment with the London Vision Clinic I was put at ease. The operation itself was nothing to worry about, did not hurt and took minutes to do. All the staff were super professional and the aftercare has been excellent. I cannot fault it and have been waxing lyrical about the whole procedure ever since. Every step of the way I was told what to expect. I now have fantastic vision and wish I had had it done a decade ago now. Highly recommend this very professional clinic. Thank you to the whole team.

Jan 21,2021It's been 5 months since I had ICL surgery and it has been a great success. I was reluctant to proceed with the procedure after not meeting the requirements for LASEK but all my questions and concerns were answered by my optometrist (Sharon) and Patient Care Coordinator (Meghan). Both procedures went well and I felt comfortable and looked after from arrival to going home. Prof Reinstein was friendly and accommodating throughout the experience as were both optometrists I saw in my post surgery check-ups. My vision has been excellent pretty much from the afternoon of/ day after the procedures. I have gone from very short sighted (-6.5 both eyes) to better than the hallowed 20/20 vision which I am very fortunate and grateful for as I lead an active mid-twenties year old lifestyle so do not have to worry about contact lenses, solution, glasses, etc. when playing sport, going out or travelling. My only negative would be in relation to being misinformed on the follow-up retinal consultation being included in the treatment fee, but this was clarified as being false. Overall I am very satisfied with my expereince and would recommend. Thank you very much LVC team!

Jan 21,2021If anybody is nervous about having their eye sight restored go to LVC as they are utterly amazing. Both my wife and I have had our eye sight restored to full vision by Professor Dan Reinstein. Professor Dan and the entire team at LVC are superb. From the moment you arrive for your first consultation all the staff make you feel relaxed, welcome and confident that you are in the right place. The care you receive from the outset is second to none. You always know what is going to happen next with updates from all the highly professional staff. All appointments are made around your requirements and the aftercare is wonderful with phone calls and texts checking on you. The day of the operation was a very relaxing experience and I was kept informed of what was happening by Professor Dan step by step. I can not give a stronger recommendation for Professor Dan and the entire team at LVC - they are all superb and most importantly I have full vision again.

Jan 21,2021I’m really pleased with the outcome from my SMILE surgery. I’m 3 months post op and my vision is amazing! Also the staff at the London Vision Clinic are fantastic, everyone has been very welcoming and caring. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. I would recommend it to anyone fed up with contact lenses and considering laser eye surgery. I waited 5 years umming and arrring, wish I’d done it sooner.

Jan 21,2021I was so apprehensive and nervous about having laser eye surgery and had thought about it for many years. I did a lot of research into the clinic and heard so many amazing things about the clinic from my colleagues who had been there. From the first email and phone call I made to the clinic to the after care I am recieveing now everyone has been absolutely fantastic! I was immediately put at ease and on the day of my surgery everyone was so reassuring and did everything they could to make me feel relaxed. The surgery was done before I even had time to think about it. It was amazing! I could see a difference straight away. The after care has also been on another level. I had my surgery in September 2020 so still very recent. You never feel forgotten about and the advice, care and support has been so informative and reassuring. I had absolutely nothing to worry about and I am so happy and glad I took the plunge and had it done! I haven't looked back since. Everyone at the clinic are amazing! Go for it!

Jan 21,2021Really amazed with the results. The initial assessments were very thorough and I was warned about the potential complications. I’m glad that did nt put me off and I can now enjoy lots of new experiences that I had not tried with a -10 prescription e.g. water sports. I ll leave the science for them to explain .. but if you re thinking about it move to the doing .. definitely worth it.

Jan 27,2021For a long time I was apprehensive about going forward with laser eye surgery - it was something I always dreamt about but would never actually see it through due to various concerns. Turning 30 I decided to take the matter seriously: after several weeks of extensive research, I came to the conclusion that London Vision Clinic was the right choice. Following my treatment, I knew it was the best choice. My experience was beyond expectation: I felt valued, informed, and in good hands from the initial consultation through to the surgery and, now, in aftercare. My evaluation by optometrist Elizabeth (Lizzie) showed that my eyesight was considered to be high profile due to abnormal pupil size, high astigmatism and lazy eye - something I wasn't previously aware of. Lizzie was and has been fantastic: I was made aware of all risks involved but felt safe and reassured throughout the process. I undertook REFLEX SMILE surgery on reccomendedation by my assigned surgeon, Professor Reinstein, which is minimally invasive and is known to have the least side effects, such as dry eye conditions, which I have avoided. The surgery itself was quick and painless, while the recovery was swift. It took a couple of weeks to adjust after the surgery due to the corrective measures that took place given my circumstances, which prompted me to become anxious during recovery, but with a quick phone call I was reassured all was fine, which it was. If you are on the fence just do it, it's life changing and I can't thank the clinic enough for what they have achieved for me :)
