Jan 21,2021After reviewing several clinics for eye surgery, I settled on London Vision Clinic. Pre surgery they provided information, tests and meetings with consultations to make sure I was prepared for what I was getting and happy to proceed. The day of the operation, their people skills and professional service put me at easy and lead to a smooth operation. You pay for a service and I was very happy with the service provided. However, where I think they separate themselves is the after-care, they were available at all hours, for my silly questions; I got quick responses and have had follow up meetings/calls to check on everything. In summary, the results were as promised and I found them to be very professional and caring at all levels of their business.

Jan 20,2021I had my eye surgery in September last year and it was easily the best thing I’ve ever done. I chose the London vision clinic as I had read many positive reviews online and they did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole process really easy. Like most people considering surgery, I was really worried but everyone I spoke to at the London vision clinic was really reassuring, especially my surgeon Dr. Stuart, and were patient with the many concerns and questions I had. I can’t thank everyone at the London Vision clinic enough, this whole experience really has been life changing and I wish I had done it sooner.

Jan 20,2021I had the Relex SMILE surgery at LVC 4 months ago and I am very happy and impressed with the care and service I received from everyone I met throughout the process. The surgery was very quick and completely pain free and the post operative care was amazing, my surgeon Mr Stuart was brilliant and always available to contact for any concern or question. The follow up checks went well and I am very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery. I would highly recommend the London vision clinic to anyone who’s looking to get laser eye surgery.

I had my surgery last August during COVID-19, but LVC took the pandemic and safety of its staff and clients very seriously and made every effort to keep them safe. From the moment of calling to investigate the possibility of blended vision to post op check ups, the whole team at LVC are professional, friendly, kind and caring. I had the absolute pleasure of having Mr Alistair Stuart do my surgery, he was understanding of my concerns, but put me totally at ease and guided me through the whole procedure with his expertise and kindness. On the day of the procedure, the team were there for me, Mr Stuart gently and calmly talked me through the procedure, I was obviously nervous, but felt in completely safe hands, nothing is too much trouble. Mr Stuart messaged that evening to check up on me and has always been at the end of the phone if I needed any advice and his total reassurance. I am so glad I chose LVC, I feel very well cared for. I had blended vision, it’s not instant, but a gradual improvement over weeks, this was all made perfectly clear at pre op appointment. The pre tests are world class and thorough.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LVC.

Jan 20,2021I would highly recommend the London Vision Clinic. My experience with them has been wonderful. The staff are fantastic, true experts who are attentive, reassuring and available throughout the whole process. In terms of the actual surgery itself, it was incredibly quick and I felt well prepared because of the team’s efforts. The results have truly changed my life. I know this is a cliche but it’s so true - I only wish I’d gone for it sooner!

Jan 13,2021I was always nervous about the prospect of laser eye surgery seeing as i couldn't even face putting contact lenses in. Having come through the experience with London Vision Clinic, i can honestly say, just do it. Don't let your fear hold you back. The entire process was flawless. The safety checks they do are something i have never seen. So many scans (all non invasive and super easy) and the staff just make you feel so welcome and safe. I had a fairly mild prescription, around -1.00 with some astigmatism but it really affected my life. I'm very sporty, which is a nightmare with glasses and plus i just hated wearing them all day and the framed vision they gave me. 1 year on, having had surgery pre-pandemic and check ups in the midst of it - i really am so impressed. So many safety checks for suitability, clear COVID protocols for us to follow, very support staff throughout the clinic. Mr Stuart was my surgeon and he really has changed my life. Hands down, best thing i ever did.

Dec 24,2020Like many clients I was apprehensive about eye surgery but the initial process was so thorough that I was soon put at ease. The staff were all very kind and helpful as I was put in front of numerous machines to photograph my eyes from every angle. Having studied these my consultant, Mr Stuart agreed that I would have the cataract in the right eye removed and a new lens inserted. The operation was over very quickly, about 20 minutes. There was no pain and I walked out of the building with protection over the eye. The following day I returned for a check up at which point Mr Stuart found an infection so he immediately prescribed another bottle of drops. This was followed by two further appointments to check the progress, both of which were positive. Once this infection had cleared up I returned for the other eye and as the cataract was very small Mr Stuart recommended laser treatment. More detailed pictures of the eye were taken prior to the appointed day. As before all the staff involved were magnificent and the procedure went off without incident. However on this occasion I had to return home and rest the eye for a few hours keeping it closed and adding drops at regular intervals. My appointment the following day with Mr Stuart confirmed that he was satisfied with the progress but he pointed out that as you would not be able to focus on objects in the far distance for some months whilst the brain gets used to the new field. As a final accolade for LVC I have two friends who have had similar operations in 2020 but neither have been 100 percent successful, one was in London and the other in Warwickshire and in both cases the consultants have indicated that it will be Ok in due course!

Dec 23,2020I was very nervous about all aspects of this treatment but from the very first step of enquiring over the phone, to speaking to the surgeon, the company staff, before and after treatment checkups and the actual treatment was carried out in a professional, polite and informative manner. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful. They thoroughly explain what is involved with the treatment and look after you throughout the procedure and aftercare. I can see really clearly and wished I had done this earlier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and definitely worth 5 stars.

Dec 23,2020I made the decision to get laser eye surgery earlier on in the year, and knew that I only wanted to go to the best - and I am so glad I did. From the initial phonecall with LVC to talk through the process, to every member of the team at the clinic being incredibly kind and welcoming, to the friendly and open nature of my surgeon, I could not fault my experience. They answered any and all of my questions, especially as I was quite nervous, and their knowledge and expertise put me at ease. The fact that so many of the staff, including the optometrist and surgeon had also had laser eye surgery was a great comfort and I knew I was in the safest hands I could find. Like anyone, I ummed and ahhed about getting the procedure prior to contacting LVC, but it was without doubt the best decision I have ever made. To stop using glasses and contact lenses has really changed my life. My eyes feel comfortable, my vision is crystal clear, and I had such a calm experience with LVC that I would recommend them to anyone. They are worth every penny!

Dec 23,2020The main thing that I have told everybody since having my laser eye surgery is that I have never experienced such an amazing customer care and service and learnt more there about how to treat your clients then in any management course or life experience I have had up till now. I was really impressed by the care and attention they gave to each individual and made them into a priority, I felt looked after and well cared for! They were Always one step ahead with brilliant follow-up service as well. On top of this, my eyesight is now perfect and the after-care given to me was brilliant, so nothing was difficult except for removing my Eye goggles after the first five nights of sleep. The sticky tape is painful! Excellent clinic and I’d send anyone there way.

Dec 21,2020I had laser eye surgery at the London Vision Clinic in July 2020 and I can highly recommend this Clinic. My experience has been that all staff are highly professional and competent and my surgeon, Dr Dan, was brilliant. I have had many follow up appointments to check the progress of my eyes, post surgery, and have felt in very good hands and very well cared for. My eyes have healed more slowly than average, and I may need a further tweak to one eye, but I do not have any concerns or doubts on that score. This possibility was explained to me from the very start of my treatment, so it comes as no surprise. My experience at the London Vision Clinic has been very positive and I would recommend their services to my family and friends.

Dec 17,2020I had the surgery back in July so around 5 months now. I had thought about laser for a while and whilst the nation is working from home thought would be the best time and took the opportunity to contact the clinic for more information. initial appointments were great and the staff were very helpful answering any questions I had. There was no pressure or rush to make decisions and any questions I had were reassured. The procedure itself which I had was SMILE took about 15 minutes or so and honestly did not feel a thing, despite being nervous. rested after it until my 24 hour follow-up appointment and then was cleared for almost all normal activities. I went back to work properly a few days later days later and it was completely fine. Eyes felt dry as they were healing but visionwas so amazing. I still use lubricating drops now but mostly as my work involves a lot of a screen. I Thoroughly recommend laser eye surgery be it SMILE or LASIC to anyone and it is completely life changing and you will never go back, glad I had it LVC as they have been so caring and attentive towards me even now.

Dec 16,2020I had my laser surgery in July, and from the opthalmic examination with Sharon to the surgery with Alistair, the whole process was brilliantly handled. The surgery was a breeze and unbelievably I didn't feel a thing....12 minutes on the table and it was all over! That evening in a restaurant I could read the menu small print clearly, something not possible the day before. After surgery care was faultless, Alistair texted the same afternoon to make sure I was Ok and also after every follow-up consultation with Sharon, texted again to say he had read the reports and everything was going well.....a nice touch from a person who seems to really care about his patients. Clinic staff are all of the same mould and personal thanks go to Tim Archer who convinced me to have it done....he was also there as I left the surgery room to make sure I was Ok.....I would highly recommend the London Vision Clinic to ANYONE...experts in their field!!

Dr Glenn made sure I was comfortable with the process and I’m loving the fact I can see everything perfectly now! You can even occassionally spot a celebrity there! :)
