Dec 15,2020Best decision I ever made booking to have laser eye surgery, it has changed my life and London vision clinic have been there every step of the way. I had my first consultation during covid and I felt safe during every visit to the clinic. The service and care you receive is 5*. The day of surgery arrived and every step of the way the staff would explain everything and make sure you was ok. By the evening I could see without glasses or contacts without any strain and the sight improved hour by hour. This was also the strangest feeling ever as for my whole life I have always worn glasses or contacts. I am now about 6 months on from my surgery and my vision is fantastic and glasses and contacts are a distant memory. I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff and especially Mr Carp for making this experience one I will never forget 😃

Dec 15,2020I could not have wished for a better experience. Everyone I met during the process was professional, kind, experienced and reassuring. The surgery itself was over in less than three minutes and I couldn’t feel any discomfort. My vision has been excellent since and it’s made an enormous difference to my day to day life. I will highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it, it really is life changing!

Dec 15,2020My experience with LVC was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My initial contact with the patient consultation folks was helpful and friendly. As a new patient I had a myriad of questions and everything was answered with patience and without jargon. My appointments were tailored to me and I felt like the clinic really saw me as an individual rather than just another patient. The surgery itself was painless and aftercare was simply fantastic. I really appreciated the text messages from my surgeon to check in with me and this felt like a really personal touch. 6 months later the aftercare continues to be brilliant and my surgery results are outstanding. I am a high profile patient and had previously held off having surgery because a) I thought my prescription was too high and b) I thought it was expensive. I was wrong on both counts! The clinic were clear on what they could achieve with surgery and also provided different financing options. Would highly recommend and honestly have not got a bad thing to say. I want to say thank you to everyone, in particular Mr. Carp.

Dec 15,2020From start to finish the process was calm, easy and professional. I could not have felt in better hands and everything was so slick and though through. On the day I was very nervous but Dr Carp kept me so calm and I honestly think the experience elsewhere would have not been good. I have already recommended LVC to so many people, one of whom has already had their eyes lasered since I had mine. Could not have been better!

Nov 30,2020I started my Laser eye surgery with London Vision Clinic this year in March & I’m very happy that I picked this clinic. I was very nervous going in, but they were extremely professional from the start all the way to the end, and made me feel comfortable. They talked me through the whole process & answered any questions I had in great detail. The after care was extremely good, as if I ever occurred any issues or had any concerns, I could always call and someone would pick up right away & be able to advice me or be able to book an appointment for me without delay compared to public healthcare. The service here is immacuable and you really do get your money’s worth as they go above and beyond & I wouldn’t trust any one other then London vision eye clinic as they truly do have the best surgeons and staff here. Nov 26,2020I can honestly say that I am the happiest of people after my eye-surgery. From beginning to end, from the various test to the explanation of the pre ad post surgery, to the after care, all people involved showed professionalism and care and that was what made the whole experience super positive. In the end I could not wait to do it and I was actually surprised that I felt pretty calm. I was informed all the way on what to expect and everything went so smoothly that I asked myself why I had waited so many years. Eyes an eyesight are very important and I am pleased do have chosen LVC and their expertise in the field for my surgery. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Katia

Nov 16,2020Fantastic experience with London Vision Clinic, from initial consultation through to surgery and aftercare - I would highly recommend. I had a high short-sighted prescription (-8) so was aware of the extra challenges for laser treatment, particularly having been told 5 years ago by another clinic that I wasn't suitable. I felt fully informed from the consultations with London Vision Clinic and supported to reach a decision between the two treatment options available to me (I had ReLEx SMILE over IOL implants). The staff were professional and encouraged questions throughout. Importantly, they were also honest about the risks and the likely end result (both immediately and potential vision changes in the future). Surgery day itself was painless and over quickly. It's been 4 months now and it's easy to forget what life was like before with contact lenses! To go from needing them for everything to being able to just wake up and see is life changing. Some mild dry eye symptoms still but no worse than when I wore contacts. Overall - extremely happy with the result and a big thank you to the LVC team!

From the initial consultations through to surgery, aftercare, and detailed follow-ups, the whole experience has been smooth, transparent, and completely painless. Mr Carp is an exceptional surgeon and talked me through the surgery step by step, which completely calmed my nerves. The technology the clinic uses is also miles ahead of its competitors and able to achieve superior results; and since the prices are fair and all-inclusive, I cannot understand why anyone would choose to go anywhere else. Thrilled with the results, as I have gone from wearing a strong prescription to better than 20/20 vision. Wish I had been treated years ago! I recommend this clinic highly and unreservedly.

The whole process from start to finish was so easy and the whole team are so knowledgable and were reassuring when my anxiety was quite high about the procedure. I cannot believe how fast and easy it was and it’s been completely life changing. I would recommend anyone considering laser eye surgery to get booked in at the London vision clinic straight away.

Oct 06,2020The entire process was so quick and easy - less than a couple of months from the initial consultation to the actual procedure, even in the midst of COVID-19. Someone was always available to answer questions along the way and the technology used to assess my eyes and eligibility for surgery are unmatched by any other laser eye centre. The actual procedure took less than 5 minutes and I felt entirely at ease in the hands of Professor Reinstein who has decades of experience and international expertise in the field. I have been able to pay for the treatment in affordable monthly chunks spread over 2 years. The freedom perfect eyesight without glasses or contacts has afforded me is indescribable. I only wish I'd done it sooner and can't recommend it enough.

Oct 06,2020I had been building up to this for a few years, but was nervous (its my eyes)! I decided to research the very best clinic and eye specialist I could find before making my decision. Dr Dan Reinstein and his team are awesome, I could not have hoped for better treatment. I had LASIK in July 2020 so the conditions were not ideal with everyone in masks but it was my choice as I didn't want to delay any longer. The clinic was very carefully controlled to avoid infection and allow me to have my treatment without concerns. There are lots of appointments afterwards to check all is going well and they are all extremely patient (Sharon)! especially since they must answer the same questions many times. I had a small concern which turned out to be nothing but was seen the next day to put my mind at rest. I could have done that as many times as I wanted in addition to the scheduled updates. It's now October and I am so glad I had this done. To read without glasses and not be rummaging around in my bag for them or wondering where they are is a blessing. I took advantage of the interest free payments so did not have part with a lump some which made this clinic accessible to me, it was very simple to organise. Thank you so much!

Oct 06,2020Have laser eye surgery at London Vision Clinic is the best money I've spent in my entire life. Having the surgery and not having to deal with glasses any longer has changed my life. Everything is so much easier. Throughout the entire process, the staff at the clinic were amazing. They made everything so comfortable and easy. They were able to take away any apprehension I had. The aftercare has been amazing as well. The entire journey was so quick. From the first time I contacted them, through to the day of my surgery, took only five weeks. If laser eye surgery is something you are considering, I would absolutely recommend you choose London Vision Clinic.

Dec 16,2020I had Laser Blended Vision treatment in July 2020 at London Vision Clinic. The entire experience was very professional, from my initial contact to my most recent check up. Every aspect of the proposed treatment was clearly explained to me and I did not feel rushed at any point. The management of covid hygiene measures was excellent so I felt very safe at all times. The procedure itself was painless and I had been very well briefed on what to expect in the immediate aftermath and so I was well prepared. The initial 3 or 4 hours following the procedure were a little uncomfortable as had been explained, but at the end of 4 hours there was an almost instant improvement and I was amazed that, although hazy, I could already read small print. After 24 hours I had a check up confirming all was well and was given clearance to drive. I continued to use the eyedrops, as instructed, during the first month post procedure. I found I needed to use them regularly throughout the day as my eyes were quite dry. I also found my eyes were very sensitive to bright light which occasionally caused minor discomfort. At my one month check up, I discussed the light sensitivity with my surgeon and he explained it was related to dryness and prescribed an ointment to use at night. Both the sensitivity and the dryness improved gradually over the following month or two. I am now 5 months post procedure, I no longer have issues with light sensitivity and only occasionally feel the need to use eye drops. I am absolutely delighted with my vision and to be completely free of glasses. I adjusted very easily to blended vision. At first I was aware of the different vision in each eye, but I would say after about 3 weeks I became a lot less aware of it and now, 5 months in, I don't even notice. To sum up, I would 100% recommend London Vision Clinic and this procedure. I am so happy I had it done.
