Jul 27,2020I was very impressed with my experience at London Vision Clinic from start to finish. Every single member of staff I met was so friendly, kind and helpful. From the start everything was explained very clearly and helped create a relaxed environment, which helped a lot with any nerves I had about the procedure. The actual procedure was so quick and my surgeon kept in touch in the days afterwards and following all of my post-op appointments. The aftercare was amazing! Laser eye surgery is always something I had thought about but was quite hesitant to do and I honestly now can't believe that I didn't do it sooner!

Jul 25,2020Absolutely excellent service I had a stigmatism and wasn’t expected to get 20/20 vision but still expected to not wear glasses and at my first check up the day after I was getting better then 20/20 vision and my second i was even better then that! Professional and care was more then five star if there was more stars I’d put them at the very top so pleased and impressed with there service!

Jul 24,2020I was incredibly impressed with the clinic, from the first appointment through to the follow ups. They talked through any concerns and really educated me on the process so I felt comfortable. They make the procedure itself so easy and do all within their power to relax you (including a massage before you go in!) My care coordinator (assigned to me for any questions) was fantastic, very responsive and filled me with confidence throughout. The pre testing was very impressive, they don’t do anything without being very sure! The surgeon has been incredible, always following up after I’ve spoken to or seen another optometrist following the surgery! I couldn’t have had a better experience. Quite importantly, it worked! The results are amazing. I’m seeing better than 20:20 (which is a thing! Another piece of education I received at the clinic!) I wish I have done it sooner, and with the interest free loan to pay it, why wait and save when I can now enjoy the benefits during the time I could have been saving! In these times it’s important to add that I had my surgery just over a month before lockdown and the surgery have gone above and beyond before that to ensure the safety of their patients. During lockdown they have remained available and continue to give advice and check ups via phone unless an emergency appointment is required (which I have luckily not needed). But I feel reassured that all is fine following my calls with the surgery and it’s great to know that whatever is happening in the world, their standard of care and service is maintained and, as far I’m concerned, outstanding.

Jul 23,2020Brilliant from start to finish - the team made me feel incredibly welcome and explained everything to me to calm my anxiety around the procedure! They are are so knowledgeable and experienced and you know you are in safe hands. I really enjoyed the pre-op meeting (around a week before my procedure) which allowed me to ask all my questions, meet the team and have all the necessary (non-invasive) tests. The procedure itself was not anywhere near as scary as I thought it would be. I was maybe at the clinic for 2 hours (I can't even remember!) and every interaction with the team was so positive. From the nurse explaining how the aftercare medicine would work, the massage before and the operation itself - it was flawless. The aftercare was also remarkable - the surgeon sent me an sms a few hours after the procedure to make sure I was OK. And all the follow up appointments were great to make sure that my eyesight was as it needed to be and there weren't any complications. The entire clinic is so welcoming and calming - I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting to change their lives for the better.

Everything was explained to me in great detail, all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. I was nervous about the procedure but felt very safe on the day. Jul 23,2020After thinking about having laser eye surgery for a few years, I decided to take the plunge after being recommended to the London Vision Clinic by two people I knew. I am so glad I did make the first phone call. At every appointment, pre and post surgery, I found the whole team to be thorough, professional and caring. I could not believe the immediate results to my vision upon surgery (perfect vision). In lockdown I have had my follow up appointment by telephone. Not having to switch between glasses and contact lenses is a real dream and I have already recommended the London Vision Clinic to others. Thank you so much!

The staff are friendly and really make you feel comfortable - they are happy to answer all your questions about the process, even silly ones! I was initially apprehensive, and have always been very nervous with anything to do with my eyes, but the staff are ALL so professional, kind and supportive that I was quickly put at my ease, and guided through every step of the procedure. I was encouraged to voice any concerns, and all the options were fully explained to me. I would honestly recommend this clinic to anyone who is interested in improving their eyesight. After years of "too many pairs of spectacles" and anxieties over contact lenses, it is such a joy to have 20/20 vision, and no discomfort or side-effects. I would rate Professor Reinstein and his expert colleagues with 10 stars!

Jul 22,2020All the staff at London Vision Clinic were brilliant and extremely helpful. The whole process was explained carefully to me at every step of the way. On the day of the operation care and time was taken to look after me, I was extremely anxious and all the staff put my mind at ease. I even received a complimentary massage which helped me to relax. My follow up appointments were straightforward and I even received a phone call during lockdown to check that everything was okay as I couldn't go into the clinic.

I chose the London vision clinic, having explored many others, on the basis of their expertise, the high standards of equipment and most importantly their quality assurance processes. Throughout the whole process I was so impressed by the professionalism, care and kindness demonstrated by all the staff. From the receptionist to the surgeon I felt I was absolutely in the best hands and everyone was acting in my best interest. The procedure itself was remarkably easy and the surgeon talked me through the whole process. I have recommended the clinic to many friends and indeed one has already attended. Jul 22,2020I got my eyes done at the start of this year after having debated about doing it for over a year. London Vision Clinic were flexible in regards to getting me booked in at a time that suits me, went through the appropriate information and made sure I was aware of any risks. The surgery was painless (albeit perhaps slightly uncomfortable at the start but that feeling quickly vanishes) and there was never any doubt in my mind that I had gone to the right place to guarantee that the surgery would be completed successfully. Having had it done, I highly recommend London Vision Clinic and whilst I know it wasn't the cheapest, I wasn't prepared to risk my eyesight by going anywhere else but the best place to ensure I got the best results.

They thought of everything and even during lockdown (which began the day after my 1 month follow up appointment) they have kept in touch. I had Lasik for Myopia, Presbyopia and astigmatism.

Confidence inspiring as everyone I met spent an enormous amount of time explaining what would happen, answering questions and generally taking enormous care. The place is extremely well maintained with a huge array of state of the art ocular technology, and there were a lot of extras along the way. The best was the shoulder massage offered before that actual laser eye surgery. Never felt more relaxed!
