Jul 21,2020After been told that I can’t have laser eyes surgery by 3 different clinics because my sight was too bad, I finally got told that I could , Had surgery in March and since then my eyes have been absolutely perfect, my vision was +6.5 in both eyes , now my vision is 20/20 , Cannot recommend them enough.

Jul 21,2020My experience with LVC was second to none. From my first appointment it was clear this is a team of experienced professionals with put me at ease (shout out Olivia!). The surgery itself was so much quicker and less stressful than I’d anticipated and Glenn was an amazing surgeon. 4 months later, I can see perfectly (I can shave my legs in the shower!!) with no issues at all. I’m so happy I trusted LVC with my eyes and I have been recommending them to my friends and family!

Ultimately I decided to go with London Vision Clinic for their experience and great reviews over all of their less expensive competition. The quality of expertise, service and after-care completely justified the expense and I am so happy with the outcome. All staff made you feel informed, relaxed and 100% in control and ready for the procedure. It surprisingly made for an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend LVC and the service they provide !

Jul 21,2020I had LASIK surgery at the end of March and couldn’t believe how easy and painless the whole process was. Was looked after from when I submitted my interested and When I had the surgery, I didn’t feel a thing, at most you feel like things are foggy for a day. They have a quiet waiting room with refreshments and snacks, all staff are welcoming and friendly and will always do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your time with them. For anyone nervous about having laser eye surgery, you won’t regret going to LVC. I was short-sited for 13 years and can now see everything better than what I could when wearing glasses. This will be a decision you won’t regret.

Jul 21,2020I had my eyes lasered on the 16th March. Just before lockdown happened. The team before that had been amazing and had been meticulous in their care and had been sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. I had a check up during lockdown over the phone and this was followed up by my surgeon. I have since been able to go back and see the team and their attention to reducing the potential for covid was impeccable. I would recommend to anyone. My sight isn’t half bad either!!

Jul 21,2020The whole experience was really interesting, I ended up getting the Relex Smile surgery and the process was quick. I remember during the procedure, the machine turned off because of a change of humidity according to Dr Stuart, but he was very reassuring and assured me that it would be fine. My eyes healed fine, there were small issues regarding dryness and itchiness after the surgery but they have mostly alleviated. I do still get night vision issues like starbursts and trails of lights, but I was assured that the night vision treatment/enhancements would be provided FOC. Overall the opticians were really pleasant and always provide the best quality of care. It was handy to have the surgeon's phone number as I could address any concerns immediately. It was a great experience that helped me to get rid of my glasses.

Jul 21,2020Very professional business, that came highly recommended to me. Was kept well informed and did not feel pressured or rushed into any decisions. My expectations were managed well and the post recovery process has been as they described with regards to my vision and any night time glare. My only criticism would be due to Covid-19 follow up feels a little bit forgotten about but this is to be expected all things considered. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

Jul 05,2020I have been wearing glasses from the age of 3 years old and with a very high prescription (-11/-12) I spent years looking for a compatible surgery - the London Vision Clinic were the ONLY clinic I could find in the UK that could do Laser surgery on my eyes. The other clinics offered implant only which I did not feel comfortable with. All the staff are so personable and experts on their fields - everything explained explicitly and great aftercare. It’s been just over a year and my eyes are still learning as they have not needed to work when wearing glasses so learning how to see all over again which was strange but getting better everyday I have 20/20 vision - no glasses needed. Truly amazing! Thank you.

Jun 17,2020I had an ICL surgery with Professor Reinstein!First of all, from beginning till end everything professionally organised!After surgery I have better eyesight than I used to have with my glasses. Moreover,I highly recommend Pr. Reinstein,he is very professional and feeling responsibility for each of his patient.If you want to do any type of eye surgery I highly recommend London Vision Clinic and Professor Reinstein with his great team. I am pleased with London Vision Clinic, even it is a bit expensive better to pay a little extra to reliable people. This is best investment in my life!Highly recommend it!Nora

May 05,2020My eyes have deteriorated with age (presbyopia) and I had enquired about laser eye surgery a few years back, mainly due to the inconvenience of wearing glasses, but didn’t think I would be suitable. After having all my eye tests and a consultation with Mr. Carp, it was confirmed I was suitable, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure and had surgery in November 2019. Within a couple of hours of surgery I was amazed at being able to read small print on documents unaided. From start to finish, I had an incredible experience at London Vision Clinic. All staff are extremely professional and the journeys up and down from Scotland were well worth it. The clinic is flexible with appointments and so far I am very satisfied with the results. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 I have not had my 3 month review. I have however had email and telephone conversations with staff and had my eye drops posted to me. Oh, I’ve even managed to thread a needle recently, something I haven’t been able to do without glasses for 20 years 😀

Jul 21,2020I had my eyes corrected in February and from my first phone call to my latest post op checkup, London vision Clinic have been fabulous. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the clinic is clean and relaxing and I felt like I was in safe hands. My surgeon was Dr Glenn Carp, he talked me through the whole procedure, answering any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything before going forward. Once in the operation room, I was constantly reassured and Dr Carp was talking me through what he was doing at every stage, I never felt like I didn't know what was happening or what to expect next. The procedure itself is completely painless and I only felt a small amount of pressure which is completely normal and the entire time I was basically just looking into a light, it didn't feel like I was having surgery at all. After the operation I was taken to a dark room for my eyes to recover and a cab was called for me by the staff to take me to my hotel. The following day my eyes had virtually completely healed I couldn't believe it, when my eyes were tested I was seeing 2 lines better than 20/20! Overall I would highly recommend London Vision Clinic and I'm so happy I trusted them with something so precious to me, my eyes. They are a little more expensive than other places but I believe the level of professionalism displayed by the clinic more than makes up for that. They even have 0% finance options so it really is affordable for most people. If you're unhappy with wearing glasses, get your eyes corrected at London Vision Clinic, it'll be one of the best decisions you ever make. - Matt
