Jul 22,2020If I were to have laser eye treatment I had promised myself the best. After some research I quickly came across London Vision Clinic and decided to take the plunge. My first contact with LVC gave me the confidence that I would receive the very best of care, and I was not disappointed. The mood in the waiting lounge was calming, the reception staff were professionally reassuring, the pretreatment staff were patient and empathetic and Mr Alastair Stuart, my surgeon, was personable but above all extremely professional. My post treatment care was equally exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending London Vision Clinic.

Jul 22,2020I was very wary of having my eyes lasered but how wrong I was. It seriously is the best thing I have ever done. I am 67 and have worn glasses since I was 8 and for a while now reading glasses too. Now the best sight with no glasses. It has been amazing. It was an easy process with incredibly supportive help from the clinic. I can not recommend them highly enough. I tell all my friends. Do it.

The results are fantastic and I could not fault any part and was very well looked after at every step of the process. Support from the client manager, opticians and surgeons was fantastic. They were great at being flexible on changing my appointments since my job was very busy and unpredictable. Great with aftercare too -even through the covid crisis.

I was fully informed and all my questions were answered at each step of the process. The Clinic is prepared for any scenario and provided me with comfort that I will be looked after, even long after the procedure. Dr. Glenn Carp is very reassuring and I could not wish for a better or more experienced surgeon. Highly recommended.

Jul 21,2020I had my eye surgery in January 2020 at LVC. It was a flawless experience, I was really well taken care of by the staff, the optometrists and by my surgeon Dr Carp who was very helpful when choosing which type of surgery I should go for. The procedure itself was completely painless. The post-operation care is excellent and you are entitled to an adjustment if after 12 months they believe your vision can be further improved. All in all I highly recommend LVC's first class services.

The team were really good at preparing me before the surgery and so the week after surgery was not unfamiliar and ill prepared. I really appreciate the appointments post surgery to ensure healthy progress. All in all I would 100% recommend LVC to friends and family

Jul 21,2020Brilliant service from start to finish. Very clear and honest consultation experience with no over-promising and lots of time given to exploring what a realistic outcome might be for me. On the day surgery was very low key, absolutely no pain or discomfort at all. Helpful aftercare pack and advice provided, again no discomfort at all. I had blended laser correction and I could see immediately after surgery and the next day my vision was perfect. I had the surgery 6 months ago and am still delighted with the outcome. Reading and distance vision are both perfect

On the day Dr Carp and his team made me feel so re assured and the treatment was all over very quickly. My vision is better than I ever remember even with glasses so thank you everyone at London Vision Clinic!

Jul 21,2020I chose the clinic following weeks of research and I am so pleased with my experience at LVC. From my first enquiry everything was explained in detail. After my initial assessment and following my consultation I was scheduled in for treatment two weeks later and everything was carried out in a calm, relaxed and very professional manner. My reluctance to have surgery years ago was unfounded as for me the whole process was pain free, in fact I was unaware when my eyes were being tested that a probe had been placed in contact with them (I had to ask why I had needed anaesthetic drops). Prof Dan Reinstein is (imho) the best. Lastly my one regret, I should not have hesitated for so long to get a consultation as the outcome for me has been truly liberating. My thanks to everyone at the London Vision Clinic.

Jul 21,2020London Vision Clinic were very thorough and honest about the prospects for my sight throughout the assessment process. Their hygiene standards are excellent and the support and follow-up was good, despite the difficulties created by Covid-19 causing a shutdown of the clinic. The surgery itself was a bit scary and my recovery was quite a bit slower than I (and the clinic) had anticipated. The sight change is still adapting (I had surgery in January) but I have been really happy not to have to wear glasses in recent weeks when I have had to wear a face mask! The halos are the only real problem I am experiencing, along with a bit of dry-eye. However as long as I wear sunglasses in bright lights and glasses for driving, I am generally very happy with the outcome. The staff were helpful and friendly, the surgery was explained well and the outcome was pretty good. Not quite as good as I had hoped but I think the continuing adjustment may still rectify the small remaining issues.

Jul 21,2020I have wanted to have my eyes done for a long time, I’ve worn contact lenses for 40 years being very short sighted. But most options meant if I got my short sighted sorted I would probably have to wear glasses For reading, which did not appeal to me. I was very nervous about the operation, you always worry, will it work etc. , but from the moment I had my first meeting at the clinic I felt reassured, every effort is made to check your suitability, to make you feel at ease and to answer all your nervous questions. It’s now been 7 months since I had my eyes done , and I can honestly say it was the best thing I have every done, I wish I done it earlier. The operation was painless and other than using eyes drops for a week or two. That was it . You have follow up appointments where everything is checked again ,Someone on the other end of the phone should you need to talk about anything. Wonderful friendly staff and the amazing professor Reinstein and opticians .I can’t recommend the Clinic enough.

Jul 21,2020I had my laser surgery back in December last year and I couldn't be happier, my vision is now perfect and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The staff at the LVC are friendly and helpful and I always felt like I was in good hands. My consultant Glenn was kept me well informed of the process which made me feel comfortable, he also contacted me regularly after the procedure to check on my progress. I'd highly recommend the London Vision Clinic to anyone wishing to have laser eye surgery.
